Trinny Woodall, 62, vows not to ‘disappear’ as she ages and says she’s ‘never happy’ despite the success of her £200million beauty empire

Honestly, I’m completely captivated by Trinny Woodall! She’s just amazing. I read that she’s determined to stay visible and vibrant as she gets older – she refuses to just fade away, which I adore! But it’s also a little heartbreaking, because even with her incredible £200 million beauty empire, she says she’s never truly happy. It’s so fascinating and makes her even more relatable, you know? I just want her to be happy, even while she’s conquering the world!

As someone who’s been navigating life and business for a while now, I’ve really started to focus on health and wellness as I’ve gotten older. It’s become a top priority – taking care of yourself is so important, no matter what stage of life you’re in! I recently shared this in an interview, and it’s something I’m truly passionate about.

In an interview with Good Housekeeping UK, she expressed her dislike of the phrase ‘can’t you just age gracefully,’ arguing that there shouldn’t be any restrictions on how people choose to age.

Trinny points out that a woman’s vitality, not her age, is what truly makes her stand out. She explains that when women are energetic, they’re noticed, but when they’re tired, they tend to withdraw from attention.

Knowing my mother suffered from Alzheimer’s and osteoporosis, I’m determined to stay healthy and active for as long as possible. I want to maintain my physical abilities and avoid becoming dependent on others, so I’m prioritizing my well-being.

She mentioned in the interview that even with the success of her multimillion-pound company, Trinny London, she never feels completely satisfied.

She explained that while she wasn’t exactly joyful, she wasn’t unhappy either. She felt it was important to remember and appreciate how much progress she’d made.

This follows Trinny recently showing off her toned abs and sharing details about her quick, 10-minute workout routine with her followers.

The fashion and beauty entrepreneur posted a video on Tuesday showing herself getting ready to work out.

She was working out, standing on a vibrating plate with weights in each hand, wearing a sports bra and leggings.

Trinny recently shared her workout routine, explaining that she hadn’t exercised in a week and realized she really misses the energy boost exercise gives her.

This is my quick 10-minute workout routine. I use a vibrating plate, which is great for improving my lymphatic system – I sometimes struggle with sluggishness in that area.

It’s also helpful if anyone in your family has osteoporosis, as this exercise is great for improving bone density. Just so you know, I created this exercise myself.

Next, I do some calf raises. I believe strengthening my ankles improves balance, so I quickly lift up and then lower down slowly.

Focus on a point in front of you, as maintaining your balance can be tricky. You can also try raising your arms simultaneously and keep everything moving smoothly.

In a follow up story, Trinny continued to take her fans through the quick 10-minute workout.

In a recent interview with Glossy, Trinny Woodall discussed how her feelings about her body have changed over the years. She explained that her self-love has directly impacted her relationship with her body, noting that when she struggled with self-acceptance, she essentially ignored her physical needs.

I’ve realized how crucial self-love is. My body is changing – things like increased sweating under my arms or my knees occasionally buckling – and I accept that these changes are simply a part of who I am.

Honestly, I’m totally obsessed with taking care of myself! Every month, I really check in and ask what my body needs – am I craving more rest, different foods, extra movement? It’s all about building a super strong connection, you know? I feel like if I really look after it – mind and body – it’ll reward me and be there for me when I need it. It’s just… everything, really!

Trinny has long credited her vibrating board which she uses regularly to ensure she stays regular.

She recently shared a surprising wellness tip: using a vibrating plate, while wearing a face mask and holding weights, helps her with her morning bowel movements.

Trinny then spent the rest of the video detailing the benefits of each of her LED masks and the steps she takes to exfoliate her skin before using them.

A fashion enthusiast recently returned from a trip to India and shared a photo on Instagram showcasing her fit physique.

She shared a post saying that spending three days in India with a close friend felt like a much longer, incredibly happy time. She was glad she made the trip to be there for her friend and witness all the love surrounding them.

It was a truly special time, and I wanted to share some favorite moments from our wonderful stay at a hotel in Udaipur. I highly recommend it!

Amazing food, beautiful decorations, a bit of exploring and shopping, and lots of great conversations with old friends – it was a truly wonderful time.

I packed a ton of clothes into my carry-on, and now it’s time to get back to normal life.

In February, Trinny celebrated her 62nd birthday with friends, and looked remarkably youthful while doing so.

The full interview can be read now in the June issue of Good Housekeeping UK.
