Olly Murs showed off his six-pack abs as he posed shirtless inside his lavish home gym on Tuesday.
The 41-year-old singer showed off his fitness progress on Instagram, revealing the results of his dedication. His wife, Amelia Tank, 34, is a personal trainer and bodybuilder.
Flashing a smile, he flexed his muscles in the mirror while wearing a pair of grey Adidas shorts.
As a lifestyle expert, I’m really impressed with Olly’s dedication! He’s been hard at work training for his ‘Into The Unknown’ challenge, all to support a fantastic cause – UNICEF and Soccer Aid’s 20th anniversary. It’s wonderful to see someone using their platform to make a difference.
He’ll begin his journey at Old Trafford in Manchester and complete a 400km trek across the UK by running, cycling, and rowing, ultimately finishing at London Stadium in Stratford.
The musician begins his fundraising challenge on May 11th. He says becoming a father has changed his outlook on life and motivated him to complete the challenge and support refugee families.
Olly, speaking on Heart Breakfast after a trip to Romania, shared how moved he was by the stories of Ukrainian refugees and praised the vital work UNICEF is doing to help them.
Seeing the war firsthand really brought home how real and current it is. It’s easy to read about it online or in the news, but speaking with people who are actually living through it – and seeing how they prioritize their children – is a completely different experience.
Now that I’m a parent, it really struck me – every single day, all we want is to keep our little ones safe, and it’s just… it’s not like we’re living in a war! It’s just normal life, you know? It makes me think about everything so differently now.
We’re raising money to help families and children around the world have safe places to play, and that’s why I’m involved.
The singer and his wife, Amelia, welcomed their son, Albert, in September 2025. They married in 2023 and are also parents to their 19-month-old daughter, Madison.
During a December interview on Heart Breakfast, the singer shared that he’d made a New Year’s resolution to spend more time with his wife, Amelia.
Olly has made a comeback to music with his latest album, ‘Knees Up,’ and has been actively promoting it.
He appeared on the radio show with Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston to talk about the challenges of balancing fatherhood with his work.
Olly explained: ‘The last few weeks I’ve said to Amelia, ‘It’s been really tough.”
I’ve been busy lately! First, I was promoting my new album, which was released last week. Then came this, and now I’m releasing a Christmas song soon.
I told her I promised things would be calmer next year, and that I’d be around much more, which she’d probably end up disliking even more.
Tune in to Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden every weekday from 6:30 to 10:00 AM on Heart radio across the UK, and also on the Global Player app.
