Trinny Woodall, 62, flashes her incredible abs as she shows off the secrets to her 10-minute workout regime

Trinny Woodall showed off her toned stomach and shared details about her quick, 10-minute workout routine in a recent social media post.

The 62-year-old fashion and beauty entrepreneur posted a video on Tuesday showing herself getting ready to work out.

She was working out, standing on a vibrating plate while holding weights in each hand. She was wearing a sports bra and leggings.

Trinny shared her workout with fans, admitting she hadn’t exercised in a week. She explained that she really just wants to maintain the good energy she gets from being active.

This is my quick 10-minute workout. I use a vibrating plate, which I find really helps with my lymphatic system – sometimes it can get a little slow.

It’s also helpful if anyone in your family has osteoporosis, as this exercise is great for improving bone density. Just so you know, I created this exercise myself.

After that, I do some calf raises. I believe strengthening my ankles improves balance, so I quickly lift up onto my toes and then lower down slowly.

Focus on a point in front of you, as maintaining balance can be tricky. While you’re doing that, try raising your arms smoothly and keep everything flowing together.

In a follow up story, Trinny continued to take her fans through the quick 10-minute workout.

In a recent interview with Glossy, Trinny Woodall discussed how her feelings about her body have changed over the years. She explained that her self-love has directly impacted her relationship with her body, and when she struggled with self-acceptance, she essentially ignored her physical needs.

I’ve realized how crucial self-love is. My body is changing – things like increased sweating under my arms or my knees sometimes buckling – and I accept that these changes are simply part of who I am.

I prioritize taking care of my body, regularly checking in with myself to understand its needs. It’s important to build a strong relationship with your body by nurturing both your physical and mental well-being – when you support it, it will support you in return.

Trinny has long credited her vibrating board which she uses regularly to ensure she stays regular.

Okay, so I was completely floored when I saw her latest post! There she was, all glowy with that LED mask on, weights in her hands, and then… she just casually dropped that she uses a vibrating plate to, uh, help with her morning routine. Seriously! A vibrating plate! I immediately researched them, of course. It’s just… everything she does is fascinating, even the stuff she doesn’t need to share. I’m obsessed!

Trinny then spent the rest of the video detailing the benefits of each of her LED masks and explaining her skincare routine leading up to their use, specifically her exfoliation process.

A fashion enthusiast recently got back from India and shared a photo on Instagram showing off her fit physique from the trip.

She shared a message with her post saying that spending three days in India with her friend felt like a wonderful and joyful week. She was happy she made the trip and witnessed her friend being surrounded by so much love.

It was a truly magical experience, and I highly recommend our beautiful hotel in Udaipur. Here are a few of the best moments.

Delicious food, beautiful decorations, a bit of exploring and shopping, and most importantly, wonderful conversations with old friends – it was a truly lovely time.

I packed a ton of clothes into my carry-on, and now it’s time to get back to everyday life.

In February, Trinny celebrated turning 62 with friends, and looked remarkably youthful while doing so.

She celebrated quietly at her fashionable London home, starting with breakfast after her student daughter, Lyla, came back from studying in Madrid.

The birthday celebrant, whose daughter she shared with her late husband, Johnny Elichaoff (who passed away in 2014), was soon surrounded by a large group of her female friends, including Susannah and TV personality Tania Bryer.

Trinny, dressed in a chic leopard-print outfit, looked delighted while enjoying a fancy lunch with loved ones. She was then pleasantly surprised to receive a vacuum cleaner as a gift.

She shared a post celebrating her birthday, saying it was a wonderful day spent with her closest friends and family. Her friend, Lyla, even traveled all the way from Spain to be there!

She spoiled me with amazing cakes for breakfast and really thoughtful gifts. I had a lovely lunch with my girlfriends, and Zak and Alfie helped make the day so cozy.

Oh my gosh, I was so moved when I heard Trinny talking about her journey to motherhood! It’s just…she had Lyla back in 2003 with her late husband, Johnny – he sadly passed away in 2014 – and she finally shared how much she struggled to become a mom. It’s so raw and honest, and I just feel for her so much!

She revealed on the No Parental Guidance podcast that she continued working on the show What Not To Wear even while experiencing miscarriages.

She co-hosted the show with Susannah Constantine, and she credits Constantine with helping her realize she wanted to be a mother.

Trinny shared on the podcast that she went through 16 rounds of IVF, which was very costly. Although it eventually worked on the second attempt, she also experienced miscarriages.

She described the initial experience as a frightening realization – a small leak that led to a wave of worry. She wasn’t sure if she told anyone at the time, as she generally kept her personal life separate from work.

I would have shared what happened with my co-star, Susannah Constantine, but I wasn’t sure about telling the production team. I just kept going because I didn’t see any other option.

With IVF, even if two embryos are transferred, only one might successfully implant. It’s often uncertain if either will survive, leaving a small glimmer of hope.
