Claudia Oshry reveals she is back on GLP-1s after the medication helped her lose 70lbs years ago

Claudia Oshry has been taking GLP-1s to lose the baby weight.

In May 2025, she and her husband, Ben Soffer, welcomed their son, Reuben. She started taking medication in December of that year.

Before she was pregnant, GLP-1s helped her lose 70lbs, so she is a fan of the medication.

The influencer, age 31, shared with People magazine that she felt relieved to have medication available after giving birth.
