Diddy’s son Justin Combs is ‘banned’ from renting homes in Los Angeles after ‘wrecking’ them

Justin Dior Combs, the son of music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, appears to be following in his father’s footsteps – albeit in a less scandalous but still somewhat chaotic fashion. It seems that just like Dad, Justin knows how to throw a party! However, unlike his father’s alleged drug-fueled orgies, Justin’s parties seem to revolve more around DeLeón tequila and good times.
It appears that Justin Dior Combs, the son of Sean ‘Diddy’, has allegedly been barred from leasing party homes in Los Angeles.
As a lifestyle connoisseur speaking here, it’s been brought to my attention that Justin, aged 30, has developed a pattern of temporarily occupying opulent villas across Southern California, only to depart them in an unsatisfactory state. This revelation was shared by a mansion specialist who spoke to the New York Post on Wednesday.
A source who is known as an LA-based facilitator for affluent and high-profile individuals mentioned that the company I’m associated with leased houses to a certain individual named Justin. According to this source, Justin would often say he was hosting 20 guests. However, in reality, there would be more than 20 people present, usually around 200. Unfortunately, these gatherings often resulted in the rental properties getting damaged or destroyed.
They mentioned that the situation had escalated to such an extent that no one was willing to lease a property to him, and furthermore, he had supposedly contacted them seeking to rent a house.
‘I said no,’ the source claimed.
The report on the consequences of Justin’s allegedly wild partying comes after his rap mogul father, 55, was denied bail for a third time ahead of his sex trafficking trial.
The publication made it clear that there is no evidence supporting the claims about inappropriate behavior at the so-called wild and unorthodox gatherings hosted by his father.
Yet, it seems that Justin portrays an image of being a fun-loving individual, given the abundance of photos and videos on his Instagram showing him drinking DeLeón tequila.
In 2013, Diddy teamed up with liquor conglomerate Diageo to acquire a tequila brand, but last year, the rapper filed a lawsuit against Diageo, claiming they hadn’t adequately promoted the tequila label. He suggested this lack of promotion was due to racial bias.
This January, Diageo completed a lawsuit with Combs and fully acquired DeLeón tequila.
It seems that Justin’s liquor-related posts were shared before the court case involving him and the liquor corporation, a fact that intrigues me as an ardent fan.
In the statement made, attorney Jeffrey Lichtman explained that Justin hasn’t faced criminal charges or civil lawsuits related to these allegations because he is innocent – he didn’t do anything wrong.
As a devoted admirer, I find myself compelled to share that in the charges levied against Justin’s father, also known as Diddy, it’s alleged he arranged for sex workers from various parts of the world to attend his prolonged, drug-infused parties, which could persist for several days.
It is claimed that he orchestrated and supervised the sexual gatherings, consistently engaging in self-pleasure during the events, and reportedly provided females with substances like ecstasy, ketamine, and BHB to maintain their vitality, according to federal authorities.
After unusual incidents (or accidents), Combs and the affected individuals were often given intravenous fluids to help them recuperate from the physical strain and substance abuse.
The prosecutors claimed that the employees of the music tycoon secretly reserved hotel rooms for what they called “freak offs,” and prepared these rooms with items such as baby oil, lube, and additional bed linens.
It is said that during searches of his homes earlier this year, authorities found more than a thousand containers of baby oil and lubricants.
In addition, they found three AR-15 rifles with obscured serial numbers in his Miami wardrobe, however, these firearms were disassembled into components, as well as magazines filled with bullets.
It comes after Combs was involved in the gunpoint kidnapping of someone in 2011.
Additionally, it was argued by prosecutors that Sean Combs (Diddy) was alleged to compensate male escorts engaged for the events, while female attendees were claimed to have been physically assaulted and threatened with economic repercussions if they declined participation in these questionable gatherings.
Diddy’s son Justin has also has legal issues related to automobiles.
As reported by InTouch, Porsche Leasing LTD has filed a lawsuit against him for an amount of $190,000, claiming that he did not make the necessary payments for a Bentley he leased from them.
According to Lichtman, the lawsuit was initiated due to an error, as the invoices were supposedly delivered to an incorrect location and failed to reach Justin.
‘The outstanding balance will be paid and the lawsuit will be dropped,’ Lichtman said.
Despite reports suggesting that the case might be resolved soon, Porsche Leasing seems to be ongoing at this point, and they assert their authority to take back the car if necessary.
