Originally a popular video game created by FromSoftware and Hidetaka Miyazaki, Elden Ring is based on the rich mythology and world George R. R. Martin—the creator of Game of Thrones—developed. Now, filmmaker Alex Garland will adapt the 2022 game for A24, and the project has recently received some exciting news.
Okay, so this is a little weird. I remember seeing this game listed under Dark Matter Gaming, which I knew was part of Rovio, but now it looks like Rovio Entertainment themselves are publishing it directly. They even changed the link on the Play Store, and the page for the US early access is just…gone. It’s like they’re trying to distance it from that other division or something.

I understand they underwent a lot of surgery, but unfortunately, the doctors weren’t able to reattach them. It’s a really unfortunate incident, and I’m sending my best wishes to the crew member for a full recovery.
