10 Panels Not to Miss At CCXPMX (Including the Ones ScreenRant is Hosting)

CCXP Mexico will be held from April 24th to 26th, 2026, at the Banamex Center in Mexico City. CCXP has become a major global convention organizer, hosting events in Brazil, Germany, Mexico, and soon, South Korea in 2027. The convention celebrates everything pop culture has to offer, including films, television, anime, comics, video games, and much more.

CCXP is known for big studio presentations and announcements, and CCXPMX promises to be the same. The Thunder Stage by Cinemex and Omelete Stage by Dos Equis will host celebrities and events from companies like Warner Bros., Prime Video, and Paramount. On the show floor, you’ll find booths and experiences from Nintendo, Hasbro, Disney, and others. ScreenRant is proud to be a media partner for CCXPMX, and our team will be at the convention hosting panels, reporting on the latest news, and checking out all the fun activities. Here’s a preview of some of the panels we’re looking forward to at CCXPMX 2026.

The movie is based on Parsons’ popular found footage series on YouTube, where he’s known as Kane Pixels. Both the series and the film center around a group investigating the Backrooms—a strange, never-ending maze of hallways that exists as another dimension. Don’t miss a panel discussion with the 20-year-old filmmaker on Friday at 3:15 PM on the Omelete Stage by Dos Equis, where he’ll discuss adapting his YouTube series into a feature film with stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Renate Reinsve, and Mark Duplass.

5. Star Trek: Strange New Worlds

As a huge Star Trek: Strange New Worlds fan, I’m so excited for season 4 – it’s coming to Paramount+ later this year! To tide us over, a bunch of the cast – Rebecca Romijn (Una Chin-Riley), Ethan Peck (Spock), Celia Rose Gooding (Nyota Uhura), and Paul Wesley (James T. Kirk) – are heading to CCXPMX! They’ll be on the Omelete Stage Saturday at 5:40 PM, and I’m really hoping they’ll share some details about the new season and what we can expect as the series wraps up. Plus, Paramount and Paramount+ will have a booth at the convention, so there should be plenty of Star Trek goodness to go around!

Fans eager for the third season of House of the Dragon – set to premiere in June – can see some of their favorite actors at CCXPMX. Matt Smith (Daemon Targaryen), Olivia Cooke (Alicent Hightower), and Fabien Frankel (Ser Criston Cole) will all be at the convention on Saturday, participating in a panel discussion on the Omelete Stage by Dos Equis at 7:40 PM.
