Netflix has released the official trailer for Season 2 of A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder, giving fans a first glimpse of what’s in store when the popular mystery series returns on May 27th. The trailer shows Emma Myers as Pip trying to move past the events of last season, but a new set of secrets is about to pull her into another dangerous and potentially inescapable thriller.

Inspired by Holly Jackson’s 2019 novel, the story centers on Pippa “Pip” Fitz-Amobi, a high school student who investigates a missing person’s case for a school project. Her research leads her to a web of long-buried secrets and shocking truths that put her family and community in danger.
When A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder came out, critics generally liked it. The first season earned an 83% ‘Certified Fresh’ rating on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 42 reviews from professional critics. Viewers gave it a 68% rating on the site’s ‘Popcornmeter’.
