City Tycoon is a system in NTE that lets you build and grow your life within the city of Hethereau. It’s a continuing process that happens alongside your character’s combat development, and unlocking it will give you access to new features.

Complete the tutorial quest Good Business, Better Treasure 1st part and 2nd Part.
Next, complete the guide commission A Stroke of Luck.
Once both are completed, the City Tycoon system unlocks, giving you access to your Tycoon progression menu.
