In 1953 Paris, Dinner With Audrey tells the story of a 24-year-old Audrey Hepburn, just before she became a world-famous star. At this time, she was still unsure of herself. The film focuses on her visit to the fashion house of Hubert de Givenchy, who is overwhelmed with work. Despite initially rejecting her, Hepburn’s persistence convinces him, and a lasting friendship begins. Over one memorable night, they both take chances to help each other, launching their iconic collaboration.

Andrew Calof, head of production and development at Wayfarer Studios, says the upcoming film will honestly portray the important connection between Audrey Hepburn and Hubert de Givenchy. He assures audiences that the movie will be respectful and true to the legacies of both fashion icon and actress.

As a total film fanatic, I was really intrigued to learn about how they’re approaching Dinner With Audrey. They brought on Sophie Elgort, a seriously talented photographer, to really nail the relationship between Hepburn and de Givenchy. She’s aiming to transport us back to 1950s Paris and show us what those two were like when they first started working together. Sophie’s built up an amazing body of work over the last fifteen years – you’ve probably seen her photos in magazines like Elle, The Financial Times, Town & Country, Vogue, and Harper’s Bazaar. Fun fact – she’s Ansel Elgort’s sister!

Ashok and Priya Armitraj are producing the film Dinner With Audrey through Hyde Park Entertainment. Joining them as producers are Andrew Lazar and Vanessa Humphrey from Mad Chance Productions, along with Wayfarer Studios. Justin Baldoni will be an executive producer for Wayfarer, continuing his working relationship with Lazar after their previous collaboration on the film Clouds.

Dinner With Audrey will be released in theaters on June 16, 2026.
