Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is launching a new esports competition. This event is a collaboration between Hero Esport, the Asian Champions League (ACLF), and Moonton’s MLBB Championship Tour East Asia. Fans can look forward to exciting MOBA action as top teams battle it out. The Mobile Legends Championship Tour East Asia x ACL 2026 will feature six teams, and the winning team will automatically qualify for the MSC 2026.
MOONTON Games is hosting an in-person event where three teams will be chosen to compete in the Wildcard round of MSC 2026.
Mobile Legends Championship Tour MCT EA 2026: Schedule and Format
MCT EA 2026 is the most competitive event in EA, and winning it is the only way to qualify for international competitions. The event starts on May 22nd, 2026, and concludes two days later with the championship match.
Okay, so here’s how the tournament is going to work! First, we have the Knockout Stage, and every match there will be a best-of-three series. It’s a double-elimination bracket, meaning teams have a second chance, and it’ll include all the teams from the Mythic Group plus whoever makes it out of the Legend Group. Then, we get to the Grand Finals! That’s where things really heat up. We’ll see a Loser’s Bracket Final to determine who faces off in the championship, and all the matches in the Grand Finals will be best-of-five. I’m so hyped for these BO5s!
Prize Pool
This event will determine which teams from China, Japan, Mongolia, and South Korea qualify for MSC 2026. While the exact prize money hasn’t been revealed, we know that four out of the six participating teams will advance to the next stage. Here’s what we know about the prize pool so far:
