I just finished watching Cold Call, and it was a surprisingly gripping thriller! It’s a four-part series starring Sally Lindsay, who plays June Clarke. The story kicks off when she gets hit by a scam phone call, and honestly, things spiral out of control for her pretty quickly. Having lost all her possessions, a care worker teams up with a former friend to find the person who defrauded her. She takes a job working for him, hoping to gather evidence and ultimately expose his crimes.

Karyn Dougan Buckland and Mark Buckland created and wrote the series, which features a cast of well-known British actors like Daniel Ryan, Paul Higgins, Elizabeth Counsell, and Taj Atwal.
