Roxy Jacenko sizzles in a bikini as she reveals her shock new weight and crazy diet after 18kg slim down

As a dedicated follower who has witnessed the transformative journeys of many public figures, I must say that Roxy Jacenko‘s recent bikini shoot and her openness about her weight loss journey truly resonate with me. Her courage to share her experiences, both triumphant and challenging, serves as an inspiration for those battling their own health struggles.

Roxy Jacenko garnered attention positively as she showcased a stunning collection of swimsuit photos.

44-year-old social media sensation showcased her stunning bikini physique in photos from a beach photoshoot on Wednesday.

In a single image, the radiant woman with blonde hair gracefully sat atop a stone, dressed in just a tiny bikini bottom and a short-sleeved white shirt, highlighting her well-defined abdominal muscles.

Another image showed Roxy wearing a black bikini from Fella Swim that featured high-waist bottoms with a cutout silhouette paired with a low scoop neck top.

The PR maven lay on the sand and smiled while proudly displaying her enviable figure.

In another picture, she was similarly posed as in her black bikini shot, this time lying on her side. She wore a collared short-sleeved cardigan and beige tie-side bikini bottoms. This snap was taken in Sydney. (Socialite refers to an affluent person who is popular in social circles.)

Her golden locks were arranged casually, mimicking the relaxed beach wave pattern, which harmoniously complemented the setting of the photo shoot.

After sharing her beach photos, Roxy shared with Daily Mail Australia an overview of her current daily diet, detailing all her meals after losing a significant 18 kilograms.

Every day, she enjoys two skim piccolo lattes and one peeled grapefruit.

She has one meal daily, typically dinner, and fasts throughout the day from Monday to Friday. However, she strives for a more balanced routine during weekends, as she tends to socialize more then.

She mentioned earlier that she skip both breakfast and lunch, but instead, she has a protein-focused dinner at 7 pm every day, accompanied by a salad.

She only drinks alcohol on the weekend if she has an occasion and limits herself to two drinks.

Regarding her physical well-being, Roxy follows an alternating routine called contrast therapy every second day. This includes taking quick dips in icy cold water and then relaxing in a hot sauna.

This method is believed to help to improve blood circulation throughout your body.

Apart from that, she works out at the gym around 3-4 days a week, with an emphasis on both weight training and using the treadmill for cardiovascular exercise.

Roxy mentions that the seven-year use of tamoxifen, a medication for treating breast cancer, significantly increased her body weight.

When she finally stopped taking it in February 2023, she weighed 68kg.

In an interview with Daily Mail Australia, Roxy mentioned that she’s been determined to lose the extra pounds that her cancer treatment had caused.

She has since dropped an impressive 18kg, making her current weigh-in at 50kg.

Roxy recently spoke about the terrifying moment she overdosed on Ozempic in an effort to lose weight.

She admitted that she had consumed four times the suggested dose, which led to extreme vomiting and continuous shaking.

She elaborated on The Lazy CEO Podcast with Jane Lu, stating that she had invested a great deal of importance into something, causing her to need to unbutton her jeans when seated in a vehicle because she was so drawn towards it.

‘I bought it, I tried it. I took four times the amount in the first go.’

Roxy went on to express her frustration towards individuals who claim not to use Ozempic. She stated boldly, “On my platform, I speak the truth as it is, without mincing words.

She also previously said she thought she was going to ‘die’ after taking one milligram of the diabetic treatment, which was four times the amount prescribed to her by a doctor.

She shared with The Saturday Telegraph that she had experienced a feeling as if she might not survive, given her history with cancer and radiation treatments. However, nothing compared to the intensity of discomfort she endured after taking that particular medication.

Initially, I felt alright for the initial 12 hours. However, during that morning, I threw up four times, one instance being in a rental vehicle, and I still made it to work.

Roxy disclosed that afterwards, she experienced intense bouts of vomiting and continuous seizure-like convulsions, leading to a hospitalization at an overdose treatment center for a period of three days.

She stated, “I requested an ambulance. However, one would take an hour to arrive, and I feared for my life. Consequently, I decided to go to St. Vincent’s Hospital.

Roxy has issued a cautionary note for those considering the new rapid-weight-loss pill from Hollywood, a potential health risk they should be aware of.

As a lifestyle authority, I find it disappointing and unwise when individuals resort to drug use for weight loss. It’s crucial that celebrities uphold honesty and refrain from misleading the public about their methods for maintaining their physique.

In recent discussions, Ozempic has become quite the buzzword in Hollywood, as some celebrities acknowledge utilizing this diabetes medication for weight management purposes, while others vehemently refute these claims.

Semaglutide, a drug utilized for managing type 2 diabetes, can be found marketed under the brand names Ozempic and Rybelsus.

Additionally, it’s marketed under the brand Wegovy for long-term weight management purposes, functioning as an obesity treatment medication.

The drugs act like a hormone in the brain which causes people to feel less hungry and slow the clearing of food from the stomach, which spurs weight loss.

These medications, specifically Ozempic and Wegovy, have experienced a significant increase in usage due to their distinction as the initial drugs demonstrated to assist with weight reduction.
