The presenter, who turned 57 on Sunday, looked beautiful in a patterned purple outfit from her clothing line, Naia Beach.
Tess shared a post about finding small moments of calm throughout the day. She wrote about how sometimes that means a workout, a walk, or even just a quick stretch to help her relax and reset.

The presenter previously gave an insight into her fitness regime.
She shared with The Mirror that she’s still able to fit into the same jeans she wore in her twenties, but she credits this to consistent healthy habits, not dieting.
The model shared that she stays in shape by running on the treadmill while enjoying Netflix, and also by doing skipping and trampolining in her garden each morning.
Tess attributes her physical fitness and mental health to a daily yoga practice, and she also enjoys swimming.
