Eric Emanuel is constantly growing as a designer. He’s built a strong and recognizable brand, and could easily stick to what he knows and keep reworking familiar designs. But over the past year, since he first launched a full seasonal collection last June, he’s proven he’s choosing to push boundaries and explore new ideas instead.
He’s been concentrating on expanding the brand’s design style to new materials and inspirations, particularly strengthening its ready-to-wear collection. For Spring/Summer 2026, Emanuel continues this approach, offering his unique vision of beachwear, and naturally, incorporating some of the brand’s classic sportswear.

Emanuel explained that a casual, all-American vibe is central to their designs, but with a unique spin. He draws inspiration from iconic American brands, and with each new collection, they’re updating classic sportswear styles with their own signature touch, all while keeping a playful and lighthearted approach.

I checked out the new collection, and it’s totally my style! It’s all about those lightweight layers, which I’m always looking for. They’ve got a bunch of sporty stuff, but they’re really expanding their knitwear game, which is cool. There are some awesome color-blocked jackets and track pants in bright blues, greens, and burgundies, and they’re paired with some killer graphic jerseys. Basically, it’s perfect for summer and looking good while staying comfy.

Baja continues to be a popular choice for warm-weather styles, featuring its signature striped pattern on jackets, shorts, and hoodies. Tie-dye is also heavily featured in the collection, appearing on comfortable pieces like knit hoodies, long shorts, and classic crewneck sweaters.

I really loved the vibe of this season’s collection! It was all about materials that feel even better the more you wear them. Think cozy, woven fabrics like blankets, and even those classic 90s nylon tracksuits. The designer wanted to shoot it all by the coast, which I thought was perfect – it created this cool, slightly off-kilter, out-of-season feeling, like city kids just hanging out at the beach.

The first pieces from our Spring/Summer 2026 collection will be available this Friday, May 8th, both online and in our stores.
