Heartstopper star’s “fantastically tense” perfect heist thriller confirms UK release date

The highly anticipated heist thriller starring Yasmin Finney, known for Heartstopper, is coming to the UK very soon! Called LifeHack, the movie is filmed entirely from the perspective of computer screens and tells the story of a group of teens plotting to steal £24 million from a tech billionaire.

After first showing last year, the film will be released in the UK on May 15th, and will only be available to watch at Vue cinemas.

The film stars Georgie Farmer (known from Wednesday), Roman Hayeck-Green (Sex Education), and Jessica Reynolds (Outlander). It centers around Kyle and his friends, who enjoy gaming and use their hacking abilities to prank people who try to scam others online.

Driven by a desire for a significant challenge, Kyle convinces the group to focus on billionaire Don Heard, using publicly available information from his daughter Lindsey’s social media accounts.

After seemingly hacking into Don’s crypto wallet, the four friends think they’ve gotten away with a flawless crime, but their celebration is cut short when Lindsey issues Kyle a demand.
