Nicole Kidman raises concerns over small detail in photos of her arrival at the Chanel Cruise in Biarritz as she steps out in backless black dress

Oh my gosh, Nicole Kidman was absolutely breathtaking in Biarritz yesterday! She was there for the Chanel Cruise show, and everyone was talking about her. It wasn’t just the stunning, backless dress she wore, though—she just completely commanded attention. Seriously, she was the moment!

The 58-year-old actress noticed and pointed out a minor detail on her hands while posing for pictures in a stylish black dress.

A faint, bluish-black mark, like a bruise, was visible on the tips of her pinkie and ring finger, though it was easily overlooked.

Everyone was so captivated by the Hollywood star’s stylish dress – a flowing gown with an open back – that they barely noticed what seemed like a possible injury.

At one moment during the event, the actress from Practical Magic put her hands together as if praying, then blew a kiss to the audience.

Though her dress sleeve partially hid her hand, Nicole’s fingers extended beyond the fabric, revealing a dark bruise on the side of her little finger.

There also appeared to be a smaller, but similar, mark on the tip of her ring finger.

Daily Mail has reached out to Nicole for comment.

I couldn’t help but notice Nicole didn’t seem bothered at all by the mark on her. She just leaned back against the railing, totally owning her ’90s style – it was like she was posing for a magazine cover! She just radiated confidence.

The dress was a study in contrasts. From the front, it was modest and reached her ankles, but the back was completely open, adorned with a delicate floral design held in place by elegant chains.

Nicole styled her blonde hair in a relaxed updo and completed her look with low-heeled slingbacks and vintage-style oval glasses.

She completed her look with a pale blue Chanel handbag featuring gold accents, and simple diamond earrings.

Among the attendees at the fashion show was the child of the late playwright John Byrne and Academy Award-winning actress Tilda Swinton.

Honor Swinton-Byrne joined her mother at the event, turning heads in a chic black jacket decorated with white flowers.

What do YOU think the mark on Nicole Kidman’s pinkie is?

What’s your view?

Nicole was joined by several other well-known figures, including Oscar winner Marion Cotillard, filmmaker Sofia Coppola, Michaela Coel, the star and creator of the show Chewing Gum, and rapper A$AP Rocky.

This follows Nicole Kidman publicly addressing her split from Keith Urban in a recent magazine interview, which also featured a lingerie photoshoot.

Nicole and Keith, both 58, were married for 19 years before unexpectedly announcing their separation last September. Their divorce was finalized in January.

Both have been tight-lipped about the split.

In her Variety interview, Nicole said she is now focused on their family and ‘keeping them as is’.

She expressed gratitude for her family’s well-being and her hope for their future, simply stating, “That’s all that matters.”

We’re a family, and that’s what matters most. It’s amazing how quickly my daughters have grown up – they’re not little girls anymore, but young women now.

Nicole and Keith have two daughters: 17-year-old Sunday Rose and 15-year-old Faith Margaret.

She fondly described her upbringing as teaching her to connect with people from all backgrounds and social classes, and to feel comfortable interacting with anyone as an equal.

‘I came from very socially conscious parents. We would always have people staying at our house.

We had many in-depth discussions and experienced a wide range of ideas. Despite our differences, we formed a strong and meaningful connection with each other.

‘My daughter is in Paris right now working for Dior.’

When someone asked how she was coping with the breakup, the woman with red hair replied that she was doing well, explaining that she focuses on finding positive things in her life and moving forward.

I used to be reserved and preoccupied with personal matters. I kept to myself a lot. But now I’m feeling ready and excited to embrace what 2026 brings.
