Jennifer Lopez started her Sunday with a gym workout and showed off her toned abs in a series of photos.

The 56-year-old singer, originally from the Bronx, showed off her toned abs while wearing a revealing white cropped sweater, a black sports bra, low-rise leggings, and white sneakers.

Jennifer Lopez, with over 392 million followers on social media, shared a post on Instagram featuring a bicep emoji and the phrase ‘Rise and grind!’

The four-time divorced mother-of-two’s longtime trainer Tracy Anderson commented: ‘Those abs!!!’

At the 5th Annual Daytime Beauty Awards in Los Angeles, California, Lopez gave the fitness trophy for outstanding achievement to the 51-year-old fitness expert.

The singer explained that Tracy Anderson is the true pioneer of her fitness techniques, and her commitment to quality is why she remains so successful.
