Garena is teaming up with the hit anime series Gintama for a special event in Free Fire. From April 27th to May 7th, 2026, players in North America will be able to enjoy new content featuring popular Gintama characters like Gintoki, Kagura, and Elizabeth. This includes exclusive bundles, themed weapons, and collectible items.

Yorozuya headquarters takes over the maps of Free Fire

I’m always impressed by Free Fire’s collaborations, and this one with GINTAMA and Mr. Ginpachi’s Zany Class is fantastic! A really cool addition is the Yorozuya base now appearing on all the Battle Royale maps – it’s a perfect recreation of the Odd Jobs crew’s headquarters.

So, you can look forward to:

  • The two-storey Yorozuya building in BR mode.
  • Exploring the Yorozuya office upstairs with its iconic Sugar plaque.
  • Visiting Otose’s Izakaya on the ground floor.

You can also purchase a special Yorozuya-themed Gloo Wall as a collectible item. GINTAMA fans will definitely enjoy these new options!

Free Fire x GINTAMA collab brings Character bundles and themed cosmetics

Similar to past collaborations, this one includes new bundles and cosmetic items based on the series. Here’s a look at what’s available:

  • Gintoki and Kagura bundles in the original and Mr. Ginpachi’s Zany Class versions.
  • Elizabeth-themed outfit with its deadpan mascot look.
  • Gintoki’s funny pink strawberry underwear cosmetic.
  • Sogo Okita’s eye mask.
  • Shinpachi’s glasses.

Free Fire x GINTAMA collab: Weapons, rewards, and collectibles

In addition to the available bundles and wearable items, you can earn special weapons and rewards simply by playing, logging in daily, and finishing missions. Here’s what’s available:

  • Kagura-inspired umbrella Winchester skin.
  • Toyako sword-style Katana.
  • GINTAMA-themed motorbike.
  • Justaway grenade.
  • Special collectible inspired by Hijikata’s mayonnaise obsession.

Similar to Free Fire’s past partnerships with popular series like BLUELOCK, Demon Slayer, One Punch Man, Devil May Cry 5, and Jujutsu Kaisen, I’m excited about this new collaboration, and I think players will be too. It seems Free Fire is building a universe where characters from different franchises can come together, much like Fortnite.
