Blake Lively ‘Petrified’ as Justin Baldoni’s Lawyer Exposes Shocking Truth in Legal Battle!
Justin Baldoni has countered Blake Lively‘s demand for a silence agreement, with his legal team characterizing her recent court action as an effort to intimidate or “intimidate” him into silence due to her alleged fear that the public might discover the “real truth.
Since Blake, aged 37, submitted a shocking lawsuit against Justin, 40, in December, they have been entangled in a legal dispute. In the lawsuit, she claimed that Justin made unwanted sexual advances towards her on set.
After the allegations made by the Gossip Girl alum, I couldn’t just sit back and stay quiet. So, I took the legal route and fired back with a lawsuit of my own, jam-packed with surprising revelations that are sure to turn heads.
Recently, Blake and her spouse, Ryan Reynolds, have asked for a restriction on public discussion (gag order) due to what they perceive as inappropriate behavior by Justin’s legal team this week. They claim that this conduct includes a persistent and retaliatory media campaign targeting them, which they find harassing.
Currently, Bryan Freedman, Justin’s attorney, has addressed the inquiry, stating that their primary objective is to “present the truth through untouched facts” while defending their clients, in response to what they view as a “troublingly untrue and strategically planned attack” against Justin, as reported by DailyMail.com.
It’s clear to everyone that, despite being afraid of the truth herself, Ms. Lively has taken steps to silence it, as expressed in his forceful declaration provided to DailyMail.com.
‘The grip Ms. Lively had in Hollywood, based on the terror her husband and influential friends instilled, was shattered when she strategically arranged for a sensational, falsified article to be published in The New York Times.’
After a 80-page lawsuit she filed with the California Civil Rights Department last month, the New York Times published an article about the situation, labeling it as a ‘Hollywood Reputation Ruiner;’ furthermore, apart from his lawsuit against Blake, Justin is now suing the newspaper for making false claims.
Bryan said, “Ms. Lively intentionally did something with the main goal of causing harm to blameless people. Then, she went beyond what was necessary by accusing a non-existent slander campaign as a cover-up. This was just her way of refusing to acknowledge that the public had unmasked her deceit.
It’s crucial to consider the far-reaching consequences, including harm to both the falsely accused and the broader domestic violence community, when making baseless accusations of sexual harassment. In such instances, it’s essential to hold those responsible accountable for their thoughtless and malicious actions.
We’ll consistently uphold the integrity of the court, but we won’t allow anyone to intimidate us into compromising the truthful representation of our clients through raw, undiluted facts.
We’re asking for everyone to view the authentic text messages that disprove her accusations, clear video recordings demonstrating a lack of sexual harassment, as well as the compelling evidence that refutes any fabricated claims of sexual harassment and defamatory campaign.
‘It seems that in a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.’
After Justin’s attorney disclosed surprising backstage videos from the filming of It Ends With Us, Blake and Ryan subsequently made a demand for a gag order.
An electrifying video, exclusively shared by DailyMail.com, displayed the trio of dance scenes featuring the co-stars – suggesting they were quite friendly with each other prior to the actress’s accusation of sexual misconduct against him.
After the video’s release, Blake’s legal team countered by arguing that the footage supported the claim that she felt uneasy during the filming of that particular scene.
Justin Baldoni and his attorney might believe that their recent move could outmaneuver harmful evidence implicating him, but the video itself seems incriminating, according to his legal team’s statement to DailyMail.com.
The team asserted that the video depicted Mr. Baldoni repeatedly coming close to Ms. Lively, trying to kiss her, touching her forehead, brushing his face against her neck, flicking her lip with his thumb, caressing her, complimenting her on her scent, and conversing with her in an uncharacteristic manner.
In their statement, they mentioned that every single frame of the disclosed video supports, completely, what Ms. Lively wrote in paragraph 48 of her lawsuit.
In my professional opinion as a lifestyle advisor, I must clarify that the affectionate moments depicted in the movie, for which Justin served as both director and co-star with Blake, were not pre-arranged or rehearsed.
According to them, each instance throughout it was spontaneously created by Mr. Baldoni without any prior discussions or agreements, and without the presence of an intimacy coordinator.
In addition to acting alongside her, Mr. Baldoni served as both the director, the head of the studio, and Ms. Lively’s superior on set.
As a devoted supporter, I can share that Blake’s legal team asserted that the way she leaned away from Justin in the scene wasn’t scripted. Instead, they suggested that the footage clearly demonstrates her persistent requests for their characters to simply engage in conversation rather than physical interaction.
The speaker added, “Women who have experienced unwanted physical contact at work can relate to Ms. Lively’s unease.
‘They will see her attempts at humor as a way to divert inappropriate touching. No woman should have to take precautions to prevent their boss from touching them without permission.’
Their team stated that sharing the video with the press represented yet another instance of underhanded tactics aimed at deceiving the public, as well as a persistent effort to bully and retaliate.
Her attorney expressed that they will persist in making Mr. Baldoni and his colleagues respond in a court of law, truthfully, instead of using contrived media events for their responses.
In a letter dated January 23 and acquired by People, another attorney representing Justin, Kevin Fritz, petitioned the judge to reject the order. In his letter, he argued that Blake’s intention to make the Wayfarer Parties defend themselves privately against public allegations does not justify a gag order. He stated that it is merely strategic maneuvering and is inappropriate. Furthermore, he found it astonishing.
On Friday, I reinforced our stance through my legal representative by writing a letter to Judge Lewis J. Liman, emphasizing once more the necessity of the protective order, as reported by Deadline.
In simpler terms, attorney Esra Hudson stated that insisting lawyers follow ethical guidelines isn’t about silencing them; instead, it sets up a system to make sure the court proceedings aren’t influenced by their behavior outside of the courtroom.
In their efforts, the Wayfarer Parties are subtly implying an unfair comparison that could lead to significant repercussions, not only for this specific instance, but also for other women who face sexual harassment at work, considering the high-profile nature of this situation. This is the essence of the four-page letter.
Ersa also suggested that Justin’s alleged smear campaign against Blake may still be ongoing.
In addition to the issues raised in her complaint, it’s particularly concerning that the retaliation campaign Ms. Lively accused, backed by substantial evidence, involves covert actions behind the scenes. For instance, Melissa Nathan, Baldoni’s crisis PR chief, is reportedly using extensive tabloid media connections to generate a constant flow of negative press about Ms. Lively. Furthermore, there seems to be an intricate and untraceable digital manipulation of social media, intended to sway algorithms negatively against Ms. Lively, as her attorney explained.
‘The Lively-Reynolds parties maintain that these efforts have persisted without letup since the CRD Complaint was submitted, and they may even have intensified. If this conduct is not halted, it will significantly undermine the fairness of this case.’
