Kim Zolciak Calls Cops on Kroy Biermann for Allegedly Stealing $1,500 in Medication!

Kim Zolciak alleges that her separated spouse, Kroy Biermann, took her prescription drugs following a disagreement over Christmas, which led to her contacting the police.

46-year-old ex-star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta claimed, in recently released body camera footage obtained by TMZ, that a 39-year-old former NFL player took prescription medication worth more than $1,500 from her, which she reported to the police in Georgia.

During the occurrence, both Kim and Kroy were dwelling together in the familiar abode while they were simultaneously preparing for their separation due to their tumultuous divorce proceedings.

In an unexpected turn of events tonight, I discovered that someone has used my medication. It was only recently purchased by me. I shared this with the authorities, expressing my concern as he apparently emptied my medication from the refrigerator – a boundary I firmly establish for myself.

She expressed that she doesn’t have room for such matters in her life, which seemed to imply the necessity of filing a police report. However, when it concerns her medication, which was taken from her refrigerator without permission, she encounters an issue.

‘I’m just not sure at this point how to handle it, because I’ve taken it for so long,’ she adds.

At a different moment in the conversation, she stated, “Such a large amount of money has been taken from this property.

Additionally, she recounted an earlier event that occurred while she was employed in California. Upon returning home, she found it devoid of anything.

He made off with every dresser, mirror, pot, pan, plate, fork, knife, and measuring cup – we have a total of three fully equipped kitchens. In other words, he took absolutely everything.

Being no stranger to the address, given my frequent visits in the past due to previous occurrences, I recognized it when I arrived on scene.

The estranged couple’s difficult divorce process has involved multiple instances of the police being called to their residence.

In our recent conversation, Kim mentioned an earlier occurrence when she dialed 911, asserting that I had pushed her from a ladder just a day before Thanksgiving.

One of the reality star’s younger daughters informed the police that she fell off a ladder instead of what she initially claimed, which was that her husband had pushed her to the ground. This statement contradicts her previous assertions.

She informed the police that Kroy had pressured their daughter, stating, ‘The following morning, I was in the car, and her brother asked her, “Why did you deceive the police?” I began recording, and she replied, “I simply did what father instructed me to do.” She emphasized, “I’m not a liar.”‘

I’d prefer if he stopped bothering me. I’m aiming to start fresh in life. His constant pursuit and unwanted attention is simply draining.

‘I mean, my own kids have called the police to protect me… Like, this is so bad,’ Kim shared.

At the close of the conversation, she mentioned that she had handled Christmas preparations since Kroy hadn’t purchased any gifts or stockings.

Kim and Kroy jointly care for their children, including 13-year-old KJ, 12-year-old Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane who are both 11. Following their wedding in 2011, Kroy also became the legal guardian of Brielle, now 27, and Ariana, 23, who are Kim’s daughters from a previous relationship.

Previously this month, Kim leveled allegations against Kroy for taking possessions from their former residence in Alpharetta, Georgia. Another video footage from a police bodycam, obtained during a home visit by authorities last month, captures the moment as both were relocating their belongings.

As a diligent observer, I shared with a police officer from the Milton Police Department on Tuesday, as reported by TMZ, that Kroy had taken several belongings. Given this situation, I felt it was best for me to step away.

Previously, the Milton Police had verified to Dailymail.com that they attended a situation on December 15, which was a disagreement of a civil nature about belongings being placed into a moving vehicle.

On December 15, an insider shared with TMZ that Kim was in the act of transferring her last possessions from her house into a moving van from Atlanta Peach Movers. Meanwhile, Kroy decided to park his vehicle behind the moving truck, initially resisting the request to relocate.

On the body camera recording, Officer Kroy made it clear that he disagreed with Kim’s intention of removing items from the house, as he wasn’t convinced she had a rightful claim to them.

As I shared with the officer, it appears this person believes all the items are hers, even though they’re actually part of my house. Regrettably, she keeps removing belongings that should be mine.

As we supervised the officer sorting through our shared possessions following our home being put up for auction last month, I expressed to him that Kroy had been making an effort to keep me away from everything.

Kim stated that a treadmill located on the property was hers, however, some purses that were hers on the same property have disappeared because he took them all.

Kim informed the officer, “There’s a court order for certain belongings that are rightfully mine. Most of this furniture, including pieces in the office, dining room, and assorted items, were actually mine even before I knew [him].

Kim informed the police that while she was away to the west obtaining various items that weren’t rightfully his, such as kitchenware, Biermann took advantage of her absence and acquired them instead.

Kim exclaimed, “I recently visited Los Angeles, and upon my return home, I found that many things had been taken!

‘Each kitchen is filled with every imaginable pot and pan. Sadly, every single one seems to have vanished, leaving me no choice but to begin relocating my belongings.’

Kim informed police that Kroy had consistently displayed aggressive behavior towards employees from Atlanta Peach Movers during the challenging moving process.

‘He has harassed this company so many times … this has happened three other times,’ Kim said.

In this situation, instead of directly contacting 911, the informant phoned the usual number after authorities had previously advised the former partners not to drain their resources by frequently visiting their old home in Alpharetta, Georgia. This information was shared with TMZ by a source within the know.

Ever since their separation in May 2023, local officials have found themselves frequently visiting the mansion due to heated disputes between the reality television personality and former professional football player.

During a conversation on November 18th, an officer explained to Kim that due to limited resources and numerous pressing duties, the police were unable to monitor their frequent disputes because of the ongoing time constraints in their schedule.

The officer explained to Kim that the police are primarily intended for use during emergencies, and suggested several alternative methods for her to consider rather than contacting them whenever issues arose between her and Kroy.

The officer suggested to Kim that in case she desired police presence during her interactions with Kroy in the future, she could either arrange a meeting with Fulton County Sheriff’s Office about this matter, or opt to hire an off-duty officer personally to oversee their encounters at her own expense.

On November 26, Kim alleged that Kroy had shoved her to the ground, an accusation he refuted and no family members interviewed were able to confirm.

In 2008, Biermann was recruited into the NFL following his time at Montana. Over eight seasons, he played exclusively for the Falcons. His most prolific season on the field was in 2012, where he started 14 games, accumulating 36 tackles, three sacks, and scoring a touchdown from an interception.

In May of 2023, after 11 years of being married, both Kim and Kroy decided to separate. However, in July, Kim requested to withdraw the divorce filing, fueling speculation about a possible reunion.

But by August, Kroy re-filed for divorce.

On November 11th, 2011, they made their marriage official with a luxurious ceremony estimated to cost $1 million, held at their mansion in Georgia. This special day was also significant because it represented the date 11/11/11.
