After Jonathan Majors, who played Kang the Conqueror in the latest Ant-Man and Loki series, was let go, there has been much speculation about what lies ahead for the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Kang’s character was a significant part of the MCU’s grand plan to introduce the next major antagonist, similar to Thanos.

Currently, there is widespread apprehension among fans about Marvel’s upcoming plans for the Kang character. Some speculate that a recast may be in order, while others fear that the character could be dropped entirely.
