Olivia Colman, known for her role in the popular crime drama Broadchurch (2013-2017), is rumored to be joining the cast of Only Murders in the Building for its sixth season, which is currently being filmed in the UK.
In the latest installment, the three detective protagonists—played by Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short—travel to Europe to investigate a clue following the murder of another true crime podcaster, Cinda Canning (Tina Fey).
Selena Gomez shared a photo on Instagram over the weekend featuring Olivia Colman in costume, alongside other images from the upcoming season of her show. Although Colman hasn’t been officially confirmed as a cast member for season 6, the picture strongly suggests she’s joining the series. She would be the third actor from the show Broadchurch to appear on Only Murders in the Building, following David Tennant and Jodie Whittaker.
