“Terrifying” new Evil Dead movie gets an incredible teaser trailer you need to see

The first trailer for Evil Dead Burn, the sixth movie in the famous Evil Dead horror series, is here! Sébastien Vaniček, who also directed 2023’s Infested, wrote and directed the new film. It will be released in theaters on July 10th.

Sam Raimi, the creator of the original Evil Dead films, is an executive producer on this project, along with Robert Tapert.

The minute-long trailer features a woman who appears stuck in a decaying house filled with the corpses of Deadites.

I just saw the trailer, and they also dropped the official description for Evil Dead Burn! It sounds absolutely insane – they’re promising it’s going to be the most brutal and scary installment yet, packed with even more gore and demonic craziness than we’ve seen before. I’m so hyped!

Okay, so the story starts with this woman whose husband just passed away. She’s really hurting and decides to go stay with her in-laws at their place, which is way out in the middle of nowhere. It’s like she’s hoping to find some peace and quiet, you know?
