Love Island’s Chloe Burrows ‘calls in sick’ to her KISS Breakfast Show just hours after bragging about her glam Coachella weekend

Chloe Burrows amused listeners on Monday by pretending to be ill for her KISS Breakfast show, especially since she had just been talking about her trip to Coachella.

The Love Island star, age 30, became famous on the show’s seventh season in 2021. She unexpectedly left her fellow contestant, Tyler West, to host alone after suddenly feeling ill.

Tyler called Chloe while she was at a music festival in the US, and she answered the phone sounding sleepy, claiming she was ‘stuck’ there.

After a healthy and active weekend running the London Landmarks Half Marathon, Tyler called his coworker. She answered, confused, asking ‘Who is this?’ and ‘What do you mean, Tyler?’ He explained he was simply checking in with her.

The celebrity has been sharing lots of photos and videos from Coachella on social media, especially with her fellow Islanders and close friend Millie Court.

Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe this! So, Kiss FM had to find new hosts for their Breakfast Show after Jordan and Perri left, and they chose Chloe and Tyler! I was SO excited when I heard the news back in December – they’re absolutely perfect for the job, honestly!

Even though she was excited about getting the part, she spent the weekend having fun and acting silly, seemingly prioritizing that over everything else.

Chloe made a statement this weekend with a striking outfit: a black leather corset and matching hot pants. She completed the look with black knee-high boots and a silver shoulder bag, showing off her fit figure.

The Coachella music festival will return to Indio, California in 2026 for two weekends of music and arts.

The Love Island contestants, like Chloe, were all looking forward to Justin Bieber’s performance on Saturday, but it ended up being a bit of a disappointment.

People are calling the festival ‘Bieberchella’ because of the huge excitement around Justin Bieber’s return to the stage and his first time headlining the event in Indio.

Jack shared his thoughts on Instagram after attending the festival on Sunday. He explained that what struck him most wasn’t about Justin Bieber’s performance, but rather a larger trend in the music industry: artists performing at festivals aren’t focusing enough on the people who actually bought tickets to see them live.
