Blizzard Entertainment is launching an exciting collaboration between Diablo Immortal and DOOM: The Dark Ages. Called ‘The Slayers Reign,’ this special event starts on April 16th and lasts until May 12, 2026. Players can look forward to a revamped Survivors Bane mode, a new powerful gem, a challenging boss fight, unique cosmetic items, and other additions.

What really makes this mode stand out is that it features iconic enemies from DOOM, culminating in a challenging final boss. Here’s a look at the new opponents you’ll face:

  • Imps will appear across the battlefield as common enemies.
  • Cyberdemon joins as the main boss encounter.
  • So, you can enjoy an intense boss battle using new Slayer skills and abilities.

Diablo Immortal × DOOM collab: New Legendary Gem

This update includes a new Legendary Gem, The Crucible, inspired by DOOM. It adds impressive finishing moves and increases damage with each use, and I’m really excited to test it out!

This 2-Star Gem triggers when an enemy’s health gets low, allowing you to finish them off with bonus damage. Defeating enemies this way also generates Slayer’s Rage, boosting your damage and movement speed, and making those boosts even more powerful the more you stack it.

I’m so hyped about this update! It’s not just about the new gameplay and gem – they’ve added a whole new way to progress, plus a ton of cool cosmetics and collectibles all themed around DOOM. Seriously, everything looks awesome, and here’s a rundown of what’s new:

  • You can get the free, exclusive DOOM: The Dark Ages-inspired weapon skins forged with Argent Energy.
