Louis Tomlinson drinks a shot with a fan to toast her 18th birthday mid-concert as she celebrates her milestone age

Louis Tomlinson surprised a fan at his concert on Tuesday by sharing a birthday shot with her when she turned 18.

Former One Direction member, Harry Styles, stopped his concert at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow to acknowledge a fan’s birthday.

It was amazing to see how happy he looked! He was talking to this fan in the front row, and she actually asked if they could perform together – it was her special day, and it just felt like a really sweet moment.

Louis asked the teenager if she’d been vaccinated. When she said she hadn’t, he told her he’d follow up with her after one song finished playing.

As she’d said she would, the singer of “Lemonade” came back to the edge of the stage with two red cups and gave one to a fan.

Clinking glasses, he said: ‘Cheers, cheers, cheers!’ 

After downing the unknown alcoholic beverage, Louis took the red cup back and high fived the fan. 

Laughing, he added: ‘Horrible right?’

This follows a heartwarming display of support for Louis from his old bandmate, Niall Horan, who came to his concert in Paris last week.

Just days after reports surfaced about a disagreement with Zayn Malik, Niall publicly supported Louis by going to his concert at the Accor Arena in Paris, demonstrating his loyalty.

Louis excited the crowd when he announced Niall was there, and shared that it meant a lot to him that Niall came to support the show.

A TikTok video captured Louis saying, “I have a friend here with me somewhere in the audience today.”

Hey Niall, thanks so much for being here today. I really appreciate you taking the time.

Reports surfaced earlier this month that Netflix has cancelled a travel show starring Louis and Zayn after a physical altercation. Sources say Zayn allegedly punched Louis during filming, causing a concussion that required medical attention.

Sources say Louis and Zayn haven’t talked for six months, and Louis seems to have confirmed their falling out by unfollowing Zayn, 33, on Instagram.

After everything came out about the alleged ‘punching’ incident, I noticed Louis unfollowed Zayn on Instagram. It’s really sad, especially since Zayn still follows Louis – he’s actually one of the only 17 people Zayn follows! It just shows how different their reactions have been, and it’s heartbreaking to see as a fan.

The Daily Mail reached out to Netflix, Campfire Studios, and spokespeople for Zayn and Louis for a response.

Zayn has been getting medical attention from a heart doctor after a recent health issue caused him to cancel several appearances for his new album.

The singer unfortunately had to cancel his April 13th performance in Kingston, UK. He was scheduled to play a special one-night show featuring songs from his new album, KONNAKOL, and expressed his sadness about the cancellation to his fans.

He shared on Instagram that he was really upset about having to miss seeing everyone this week. He expressed deep gratitude for their support, saying he wouldn’t be where he is today without them, and also thanked the hospital staff.

A source says Zayn is consulting with what’s considered the world’s leading heart doctor for additional medical care.

According to a source at People.com, the actor had to postpone his planned appearance on The Tonight Show this week while he continues to get better.
