To be honest, there wasn’t space for any extra creative flourishes,” Kimura said. “With Steel Ball Run specifically, I think the original manga is already so well-made that it’s hard to add much of my own. However, I do think fans will enjoy aspects like the music when Diego appears.
Kimura also mentioned they’re planning a special addition to a future episode of the series, designed to enhance the original manga story, and encouraged fans to watch out for it.
Steel Ball Run is the seventh story arc of the popular manga series JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, created by Hirohiko Araki. This installment takes viewers to the American Wild West for a thrilling adventure. The story centers on Johnny Joestar, a former racing champion, and his quest to understand the mysterious abilities of Gyro Zeppeli.
I’ve been watching this new series, and it’s about a guy named Johnny who’s trying to get his legs working again. He enters a huge, incredibly competitive race, hoping it will help him regain his ability to walk and understand the source of his power. It premiered on Netflix on March 19th, and while it has a dedicated fanbase, a lot of people have been frustrated with how slowly new episodes are released.
The first episode of Steel Ball Run—JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure arrived on Netflix in March, but no new episodes have been released since then. Netflix announced on Twitter in April that more episodes are still being made and will become available weekly. They thanked fans for their support and confirmed the series is in production.
The first episode of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run is now streaming on Netflix.
