Okay, so the ending with Eleven is kinda messed up, and it all revolves around what happened to her ‘sister’, Kali – also known as Eight. Basically, when Dr. Kay’s people found them at the Hawkins lab, this jerk, Robert Akers, shot Kali because she and Hopper wouldn’t say where Eleven was hiding. Eleven showed up and, well, let’s just say she got really mad and used her powers to snap a bunch of necks, then made Akers shoot himself. But here’s the thing: Kali was already shot, and it looked like she died right there. But honestly, I’m not sure if she actually died… it was all so fast!
But that’s not the whole picture. If you’ve seen the movie, you know the Sardinas family had a life full of both incredible happiness and heartbreaking sadness – events so unbelievable, they almost seem made up.
