The season finale of Last One Laughing UK just aired, and a special episode is already planned. This one will have an added challenge to make the competition even tougher.
The show puts comedians together in a house and challenges them to make each other laugh – but they have to avoid laughing themselves! Each little giggle earns a yellow card, and any bigger laugh – like a chuckle or full-blown chortle – results in a red card and being eliminated from the competition.
Prime Video has announced a Halloween special, and you probably already know there’s one catch!

Yep, the comedians won’t be allowed to scream in this special either.
I have a feeling the producers and the other contestants aren’t going to hold back, and we’re definitely in for a lot of scary moments and surprises! I’m bracing myself for jump scares, honestly.
What to Read Next
With the show already delivering some truly bizarre and funny moments – like Alan Carr’s sausage machine and Richard Madeley’s unusual interviews – it’s going to be hard not to laugh, and that’s what makes it so enjoyable to watch.
We don’t have details on who will be in the Halloween special yet, but a third season is confirmed and will arrive in 2027.

The second season showcased a lineup of dry-witted comedians like Romesh Ranganathan and Maisie Adam. It also included the incredibly energetic Mel Giedroyc, who many predicted wouldn’t last long, but surprisingly made it quite far in the contest.
Okay, so everyone thought Bob Mortimer was going to dominate, being the returning champ and all. But it actually came down to Sam Campbell and David Mitchell in the final! They were so evenly matched, it went to a tie-breaker – basically, who could get the biggest laughs. And honestly, David Mitchell ended up taking the win! It was a really close call though.
Channel 4 will be airing Campbell’s new comedy series next month, and some preview images have just been revealed.
You can watch seasons one and two of Last One Laughing UK on Prime Video. A Halloween special is also coming later this year.
The latest issue of Living Legends is now available! This special 100-page, full-color magazine celebrates the incredible Sir David Attenborough. You can find it at newsstands or purchase it online.
