Ab-flashing Kate and Rio Ferdinand show off their best fitness moves class as they launch their new Dubai fitness initiative after returning to the war-torn region

Rio and Kate Ferdinand have been sharing videos of their workouts in Dubai, showcasing their impressive physiques after a recent trip back to a troubled area.

Kate, 34, shared videos from the event on social media. It’s part of her and her team’s new fitness company, One Body Co.

She started the day by showing off her toned stomach in a sheer red two-piece outfit, confidently displaying her midriff.

Everyone could join Kate and Rio‘s free workout, which took place at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in the UAE.

Former TOWIE star Kate wore a black Squatwolf two piece gym set, paired with Nike shoes.

Rio, 47, wore black shorts and a workout t-shirt that carried their new business’s logo.

The two speakers used headsets to address the audience and actively took part in the tough physical challenges on stage, demonstrating their stamina and athleticism.

I noticed a really sweet moment on Kate’s social media recently! Rio was pulling her in for a selfie, and she had the biggest, happiest smile – it was just a lovely, genuine moment they shared.

Kate announced this week that her brand, One Body Co., is holding its first community event this Friday at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The event starts at 7:30am and will include a free workout, coffee, and ice baths, all designed to leave participants feeling refreshed.

The event was a success following their return to Dubai, which had been impacted by conflict. They had previously left last month, and Kate described the experience as a way to recover and regain composure.

Rio and Kate decided to leave after worrying Iranian drone attacks started in the UAE, and they had to take shelter in their basement.

I’ve been following their travels and it’s been quite a journey! They started with a relaxing trip to their Portuguese holiday home, then came back to London to focus on work and spend time with family. But they weren’t done with the sunshine yet – they quickly headed off to the Maldives for another incredible holiday!

I’m a big fan of Kate and Rio, and it’s so lovely to see their blended family thriving. They have a beautiful two-year-old daughter, Shae, and a five-year-old son, Cree. Kate is also a wonderful stepmum to Rio’s older children – Lorenz, who’s 19, Tate, 17, and Tia, 15. It’s incredibly touching how they’ve come together, especially considering the heartbreaking loss of Rio’s first wife and the children’s mum, Rebecca, who sadly passed away from breast cancer when she was just 34 back in 2015.

Moving to Dubai was a big change for Kate and me, and shortly after they settled in, she shared how much she was missing the UK. She said she was enjoying it, but honestly, she was really homesick – and I totally get it! It’s tough being so far from everything you know and love, even when you’re experiencing something new and exciting.

I’m finding it difficult being away from my older sons, and I’m really feeling that loss. While I know moving was the best choice for my younger children and our family is happy here, the older boys are pursuing their dreams in football, and I miss them a lot.

They’ve chosen a different path, and that’s their decision. It’s difficult for us though, because we’re a close-knit family who have always been there for each other, and this change is a big adjustment for everyone.

Earlier this week Kate marked her step-daughter Tia’s 15th birthday with a sweet tribute.

Kate shared a snap of Tia back in Dubai looking out at Dubai’s eye-catching skyline.

Even though the camera was facing away from her, Tia was clearly smiling as she held a bouquet of flowers and pink and white balloons.

Kate shared that being a stepmother to them is a wonderful honor, and she loves them deeply – more than she can ever express.
