eFootball 2026 Starter Set Show Time Gabriel Martinelli pack: Review, Best Progression Builds, and Skills

eFootball 2026 recently launched a new Starter Set featuring Brazilian players, with a special ‘Show Time’ version of Gabriel Martinelli. This version of the Arsenal winger is available for purchase in Brazil through the in-game CODA store as part of the Starter Set offer.

If you’re curious about how this card plays, if it’s a good fit for the current game, or if the Starter Set is worth buying, here’s a complete guide with the best ways to build your character and skills.

eFootball 2026 Starter Set: Gabriel Martinelli pack details and review

This card comes as part of a starter pack, and we’re also including 50 free coins. Unfortunately, it’s not available everywhere. If you’re in Brazil, you can buy the card through the KONAMI Codashop.

Gabriel Martinelli

  • Position: LWF
  • Playing Style: Prolific Winger
  • Show Time Skill: Acceleration Burst

Martinelli’s FIFA cards generally excel in two areas: speed and dribbling, and this one is no exception. He’s fast, agile with the ball, and makes quick, direct runs into open space from the wings. The ‘Acceleration Burst’ trait really enhances his ability to do that.

He’s a good player – quick and with nice dribbling skills. However, he doesn’t excel in any one area enough to stand out compared to the best wingers currently available.

While a quick look is promising, a closer examination reveals some weaknesses. Although this winger can dribble, they don’t maintain possession as well as expected, and that’s often more important during a game. Specifically, Martinelli’s player profile doesn’t naturally lend itself to skillful dribbling.

He doesn’t quite feel fully developed when you first get him. Adding skills really improves him, otherwise he’d be too restricted creatively. While his finishing is okay for a winger, it’s not consistently reliable in front of goal, and his passing is just average.

While I’m not thrilled with the quality of this card, it’s a noticeable step down from players like Gabriel Batistuta we’ve seen before. I’d rather not spend money on it, but it’s probably still worth getting for special events.

Recommended skills include quick ball control (Double Touch), determination and resilience (Fighting Spirit), accurate long passes to teammates (Through Passing), powerful shots from a distance (Long Range Shooting), and precise short passes with minimal control (One Touch Pass).

Suggested Booster(s): Fantasista, Agility
