April is shaping up to be another strong month for popular mobile games, with download and revenue numbers remaining consistent with February and March. The most successful games continue to be those in the casual, puzzle, and competitive multiplayer genres. Here’s a look at the top 15 mobile games for April 2026, ranked by downloads and revenue.

Top Mobile Games by Downloads for April 2026

In April 2026, Block Blast! continued to be the most popular game, exceeding 23.8 million downloads. Its simple gameplay makes it easy to pick up and play whenever you have time. Close behind was Free Fire: Undersea Mystery, with 22.7 million downloads, proving that battle royale games remain a favorite among players.

A new puzzle game, Arrows – Puzzle Escape, has quickly become popular, reaching the top 3 on download charts with over 20.9 million downloads. This has moved Roblox down to 4th place, with 16.4 million downloads.

I was surprised to see that Arrows GO! rounded out the top 5 with an impressive 16.1 million downloads! It’s great to see Subway Surfers and Subway Surfers City still going strong, and I’m not surprised that popular games like Ludo King, Vita Mahjong, and Pizza Ready! are still doing well – they were huge earlier this year, and it’s cool to see they’ve kept that momentum.

The list also includes easy-to-play, casual games like Block Crazy Robo World Craft, Magic Tiles 3 & Magic Sort!, Royal Kingdom, and Paper.io 2. These games are popular for quick entertainment and relaxation, which explains their consistent download numbers.
