Kyle Sandilands packs up and moves out of his $13 million Vaucluse mansion – as new details emerge about his vile spray at ARN boss

Kyle Sandilands is packing up his belongings at his Sydney mansion and moving – down the road.

Moving trucks arrived at the $13 million home of the popular radio personality and his family – wife Tegan Kynaston and son Otto – on Wednesday.

Vmove Removals trucks were filled with large furniture items like mattresses and couches, plus stacks of bedding and other household textiles.

Among the more unusual items were cardboard cut-outs, including signage from Otto’s first birthday.

A number of boxes were also loaded onto the moving vans, as well as ornate chairs and rugs.

I spent the entire day watching their house, and honestly, it was so weird! Movers were in and out, hauling stuff, but Kyle and Tegan? Nowhere to be seen! It’s like they just…vanished during their own move. I was hoping to catch a glimpse, maybe even say hi, but they weren’t around once. It’s just…strange, okay?

Bruno Bouchet, Sandilands’ manager, told Daily Mail on Wednesday that the radio personality is relocating to another home he owns in Vaucluse, located just a four-minute drive away.

The mansion, situated on a peaceful, tree-lined street, had been empty and decaying for two years. Sandilands bought it for $14 million in late 2023, but it’s been abandoned ever since.

It looks like the renovations on the property are finished, and Sandilands and his family are now able to move in.

Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe what Kyle just did! Seriously, right after he signed that insane 10-year deal with ARN – the one everyone’s talking about? – he went and dropped millions on the most incredible house! It’s a total trophy home, and honestly, he deserves every bit of it. I’m so obsessed!

Online listings for the four-bedroom, four-bathroom house, which was described as a ‘grand family residence,’ showed it was in excellent condition at the time.

A crystal-clear swimming pool with a cascading spa overlooked a breathtaking view of the harbour.

The home starts with a large outdoor deck that leads into a combined dining and living space, creating a seamless flow for entertaining.

The main bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet, and it’s located on the same floor as two more bedrooms. A fourth bedroom is on the ground floor.

It comes as shock new details have emerged in the radio king’s legal battle with ARN.

Documents filed in court show that radio personality Kyle Sandilands went on a profanity-filled tirade against ARN’s CEO, Michael Stephenson.

Sandilands harshly criticized Stephenson on the radio, predicting he wouldn’t last eight months in the job.

The comments aired on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on June 30 last year.

Sandilands expressed frustration, stating that some people arrive and immediately act as if they are in control.

He said, “I’m the COO,” but then admitted no one, including himself, really understood what that title meant. He sarcastically questioned the importance of the role, implying it didn’t matter at all.

‘And anyway, that bloke will be gone in eight months’ time anyway,’ he went on.

I’ve worked with so many COOs over the years – honestly, thousands. And they all arrive thinking they have all the answers.

‘I go, “Bro, you’ll be gone by September, man. I don’t give a s**t what you say”.

So, are we seriously expected to completely alter how we work whenever a new, unsuccessful person is hired? Absolutely not, I refuse to do that.

Sandilands then implied Stephenson was a ‘c**t’.

It’s commonly known as ‘the C-suites,’ and we use that term too. It’s a playful reference to where executives – the ‘suits’ – work, hence the name!

Stephenson surprised everyone by staying with ARN, despite Sandilands’ prediction that he would leave. As a result, Stephenson began the process of firing Sandilands in March.

Kyle Sandilands, 54, and his ex-colleague Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, 51, are taking legal action against the network, claiming they were unfairly fired.

Court records show the close friendship, built over two decades of working together, had actually broken down several months prior, following a major disagreement backstage in September of last year.

It was awful to watch, honestly. After five months of working together, Sandilands and Henderson suddenly split up. It all blew up during a really harsh argument on the radio – Sandilands basically said Henderson was out of touch, and she ended up crying on air. It was a really shocking end to their partnership.

Both stars are now suing their previous employer, claiming they were unfairly fired. Kyle Sandilands is seeking $85 million in damages, while Jackie Henderson is claiming $82 million.

These surprisingly high amounts are what the two individuals claim they are still owed after their contracts were terminated. Those contracts were previously worth approximately $10 million annually for each of them.

News.com.au reports that Kyle Sandilands could be back on the radio in a matter of weeks.

According to a source, the situation is expected to resolve on its own within two or three weeks.

Oh my gosh, I just heard the BEST news! Apparently, Kyle is totally going back to his show! Can you believe it? And get this – there’s absolutely no bad blood between him and Jackie after all that drama. Seriously, everything’s fine! It’s like the whole thing never even happened. I’m SO relieved and excited for him! He deserves to be back on top, and it sounds like everyone’s moved on. I’m just bursting with happiness right now!

Honestly, I’m so worried! Everyone’s talking about getting him back, but the big question is, will he take a pay cut? He deserves everything, of course, but he was making ten million a year before everything fell apart, and I just don’t know if he’ll agree to anything less. It’s keeping me up at night, seriously!

According to a source, Kyle Sandilands wants to settle the dispute quickly and is open to a fair offer from his previous workplace, rather than going through a lengthy court battle.
