Okay, seriously, I’m SO annoyed right now! Everyone’s saying the show’s producers totally bent over backwards for Adam Thomas last night and let him stay in camp when he shouldn’t have! It’s all anyone’s talking about, and honestly, it feels unfair. I love the show, but this is frustrating me – are they playing favorites?!

During a dramatic turn of events, Jimmy Bullard attempted to deliberately fail a challenge in order to be voted off the show. Unfortunately, this also meant his teammate, Adam, would be eliminated as well.

The 47-year-old former footballer and the 37-year-old actor were teamed up on Rancid Run. Once the challenge began, Jimmy chose to quit and famously said, ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!’

The unexpected choice caused a major falling-out between Adam and Jimmy, and Adam responded with a very angry, profanity-filled outburst, blaming Jimmy for eliminating him.

Oh my gosh, after that argument, it was insane! But then Ant and Dec, bless them, actually asked everyone else in camp if they were okay with Adam coming back! Like, they were checking if everyone was happy with him being there after all that drama. I was on the edge of my seat, honestly!

Harry Redknapp and Craig Charles thought the actor was being too dramatic, but the group decided to let him remain. Adam was overcome with emotion and began to cry.

Fans were upset by the last-minute rule change that allowed Adam to stay on the show, even though his team lost.

People on X commented that the rules should be applied consistently, and Adam should face consequences even if they disagree with how Jimmy handled the situation. Many emphasized they simply believe in following the rules.

It doesn’t feel right, but you can’t alter the rules to help Adam just because Jimmy didn’t try. Rules need to be followed. Letting the campmates decide, so you can claim the rule change was their idea, is a way to avoid taking responsibility.

Apparently, Adam was permitted to remain simply because he was upset. Had he agreed to the situation, similar to how Harry would have, they wouldn’t have even questioned whether he should stay.

It’s frustrating when rules are changed after they’ve been established – rules are there for a reason, and should be followed. It seems Adam was allowed to stay only because he was upset, which feels unfair. If he’d handled the situation with grace, like Harry might have, they probably wouldn’t have even questioned letting him stay.

This all-star series is different from the first: the winner, or ‘Legend,’ will be chosen by a live public vote during the grand final in London later this month.

In South Africa, contestants were cut from the competition based on how well they did in challenges, but ultimately, viewers will decide who wins.

Okay, so I’ve seen a lot of disagreements in my line of work, but this one was pretty intense. Basically, when Jimmy announced he was leaving, Adam completely lost it. He yelled something along the lines of, ‘If you really wanted to go, don’t drag me down with you! What’s your problem?’ It was a really harsh reaction, and honestly, a bit dramatic. It just shows how quickly things can escalate when communication breaks down, and how important it is to express yourself respectfully, even when you’re upset.

Jimmy replied: ‘It ain’t about that. I wanted to go home.’ 

Adam told someone to go home and rest, making it clear he wouldn’t tolerate them giving up while he was present. He emphasized his own determination, stating he doesn’t quit.

The actor became emotional and confessed he wished he hadn’t lost his temper, explaining he simply wanted to make his children proud.

Jimmy explained that he felt terrible about letting Adam down, acknowledging that they were on different paths and Adam was motivated to succeed. Jimmy shared that he has family responsibilities, particularly with his unwell father, and that things had become increasingly difficult for him. Ultimately, he felt he could no longer continue with the competition.

As the events happened, people shared their reactions on X, feeling that Jimmy had finally pushed Adam too far.

Viewers thought the actor was being bullied by boxer David Haye after days of intense criticism from him during training.

Viewers reacted to Jimmy’s choice to disrupt the trial, commenting that it seemed deliberate. One person pointed out, echoing Adam’s sentiment, that Jimmy could have simply said he wanted to leave while still at camp.

That’s ridiculous and completely unacceptable! It’s no wonder Adam finally lost his temper. David and Jimmy have been relentlessly teasing him since the beginning, and that was the final thing he could take. Anyone would have reacted the same way in his position.

‘His reaction was not over the top! Jimmy sabotaged’;

It’s surprising the other contestants don’t seem to understand what Adam is going through. It’s no wonder he’s struggling after David’s constant bullying. And Jimmy’s actions are unlike anything we’ve ever seen on the show – he really betrayed someone. Thankfully, Scarlet and Ashley are supporting him.

Regardless of why Jimmy wanted to leave, he should have just gone. Instead, he stayed, seemingly to cause trouble for Adam and drag him down with him.

Adam and Jimmy are reportedly still not talking to each other. This is causing problems for the “I’m A Celebrity” finale, as Jimmy could lose a significant portion of his pay – around 20% – if he doesn’t participate.
