Bob Dylan adds a dozen more shows to 2026 tour – Here are the dates

Those who have seen Bob Dylan perform many times know his concerts usually follow a pattern: he appears on stage without an opening act, plays a series of songs with minimal speaking, and then departs with little interaction with the crowd.

He reminds me of a gentler version of the band Pixies. Both he and Pixies put on good live shows, but you’ll only truly enjoy them if you’re already a fan of their music. Don’t expect a big, flashy production like a Tool concert – his performances are more intimate and focused on the music itself.

While bands like Slipknot and KISS often thank their fans directly, it’s unlikely Bob Dylan would do the same. He just doesn’t seem to be the type to express gratitude that way, so it’s probably not going to happen.

Bob Dylan adds more dates to his massive 2026 tour

He’s still great in concert, and the artist has just announced many more shows for his 2026 tour. Most of the new dates are in July, with one in August, so you’ll have plenty of opportunities to catch him live.

Bob Dylan is heading to New York City on July 21st for a concert with Jimmie Vaughan and Lucinda Williams. It promises to be an unforgettable show! Tickets go on sale early for fans on Thursday, April 23rd at 10 am local time.
