Lauren Goodger reveals desire to get her bikini body back as she shares throwback beach snap and admits she yearns ‘to be like this again’

Yet, at the start of 2025, Lauren drew motivation from a past photo of herself and aimed to regain her previous appearance. She labeled the picture with the words, ‘To regain this form once more’.

She titled her post: “On my first day returning after a 3.5-week break from training and dieting, I felt powerful! I wasn’t certain how it would go, but I’m back again!
‘I encountered a minor health issue, but for about 2.5 months prior, I had been consistently training almost every day. However, due to the pressures of life and various distractions, I had to halt my routine. Additionally, it’s been six weeks of vacation now.’
‘Day 1 everyday always come back and start again!’
In December 2023, Lauren expressed her desire to become very slim and stated that she was tired of her full figure, particularly her large hips and backside. This came after she confessed to undergoing a bum lift and breast augmentation procedures.
Previously, she had decided to focus on her health, confessing earlier in the year that as a mother, she often resorted to ordering takeout meals.
It appears that Lauren is resolute about reaching her fitness objectives, having shared that she’s committed to shedding pounds.
In conversation with Closer Magazine, she candidly admitted: “I yearn to slim down significantly. I find my curvaceous figure and large derriere monotonous now; I want a change.
Lauren confessed that she’s unsure about her current dress size, but revealed she comfortably wears a size 12 from Zara for trousers. She mentioned these particular pants have some stretch in them.
She continued: ‘I don’t know what size I want to go down to, it’s more about how I feel.’
Eventually, Lauren acknowledged that she had undergone a Brazilian butt lift, a procedure she had earlier denied using to enhance her rear end.
The TOWIE celebrity was about to adopt a more natural appearance. She disclosed that she underwent an operation in 2017 and enhanced her breast size from a 34D to a 34E back in 2013.
Lauren mentioned that she’s been feeling quite down for some time now, and she intends to make adjustments to her appearance to give off a more “authentic” or “unpretentious” vibe.

Lauren appears to be deeply saddened and worried following the news that her former partner, Mark Wright, is expecting a child with his wife, Michelle Keegan.
For over ten years, the reality TV personality was in a romantic relationship with her fellow cast member, Mark, up until 2012. Now, she feels disheartened because she feels like she’s been abandoned.
