Paramount Pictures has released the first trailer for ‘Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol,’ a new take on the classic tale. Johnny Depp is almost completely transformed as Ebenezer Scrooge in this horror-focused film, which emphasizes the spooky and ghostly aspects of Charles Dickens’ original story. The movie also features a strong supporting cast including Sir Ian McKellen, Rupert Grint, Andrea Riseborough, and Tramell Tillman.

The 2018 monster movie The Meg takes inspiration from Steve Alten’s 1997 novel of the same name and brings back the thrill – and fear – of sharks in the ocean.
