Lauryn Goodman hits back 'I'm not looking to get anymore money from Kyle Walker' as she reveals son Kairo, four, is asking when they can go on holiday to Dubai

As a devoted follower of Lauryn Goodman and Kyle Walker’s tumultuous journey, I find myself deeply moved by her recent revelations on her podcast, Yours Sincerely. The judgement passed during their family court battle over child maintenance payments last July left many spectators in awe, with the judge praising Kyle for being “sensible, honest, and reliable.

In response to those who’ve made accusations, Lauryn Goodman defended herself against claims that she was aiming for a larger financial settlement from Kyle Walker.

In July, there was a legal dispute between the influencer (aged 33) and Kyle (aged 34), concerning child support for their two kids, Kairo (four years old) and Kinara (15 months old).

In the court proceeding, the judge ruled that Kyle should make a monthly payment of £12,500 to the influencer and also contribute £51,000 towards a new vehicle every three years.

In the most recent installment of her captivating podcast, Yours Truly, Lauryn, I found myself utterly enamored when she divulged that every penny coming her way from the esteemed footballer is dedicated towards nurturing their precious offspring.

The celebrity from Celebs Go Dating stated: “The earnings weren’t meant for my personal use. I believe it eludes many people’s understanding.

I didn’t go through a divorce with him; instead, we established child support arrangements for our children. Clearly, they have a privileged upbringing. Kyle understands this, and I want to emphasize that every action is focused on providing for our children.

I’m not looking to get more money.’

According to Lauryn, there are numerous expenses associated with raising a child, such as club fees, school meals, and swimming lessons, which can be quite costly.

Lauryn expressed surprise at how much money she’s been using for gas, especially since taking their son to school involves lengthy trips, which in turn have led to increased wear and tear on her vehicle.

Besides sharing that she’s a reality TV personality, she mentioned her son has begun questioning when the family might take a trip together to Dubai for a vacation.

She said: ‘Kairo says to me “mum when are we going to Dubai?”

Should I fail to escort him there, my heart would sink. I’d put in every ounce of effort I could muster to ensure his arrival instead.

“Lauryn, I think you should realize that the standard you have set is like that of Dubai, which Kairo is accustomed to. Your way of life. My suggestion for you is to consider taking a caravan vacation instead.

The television personality then replied she had taken her son on a caravan holiday.

In another part of the conversation, Lauryn disclosed that Kyle had indeed provided her with some additional funds as a gesture of appreciation for raising their children together.

Once, Kyle told me that he’d like to offer me additional compensation, as he values the work I do for the kids beyond his constant presence.

He expressed gratitude, essentially saying thank you. This moment felt like one where I thought, “He truly comprehends the efforts I put into caring for our children.

Last July, Judge commended Kyle for his prudence, truthfulness, and trustworthiness when it came to the contentious child support dispute between him and Lauryn in a family court case.

In simpler terms, Lauryn requested the court to compel Kyle to pay £14,750 every month as a total (or ‘global’) child support for their two children. Additionally, she asked for substantial amounts for car expenses, home furnishings, property upkeep, and other costs like nursery fees.

The soccer player expressed disagreement with certain requests, suggesting they needed to be reduced, by stating in court that he wasn’t a limitless source of funds, even though his annual income ranged from 3 million to 5 million pounds.

In his ruling, Judge Edward Hess dismissed many of Lauryn’s demands, concluding that she was ‘not reliable’ while claiming Kyle ‘acted with dignity and generosity’.

The court heard Lauryn began her legal claim two days after Kinara’s birth.

Among her requests were:

As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: In my perspective, investing in a high-quality artificial turf pitch for £31,200 is essential for nurturing young talents like Kinara. I witnessed her exceptional skill when she confidently kicked a ball from a crawling position, displaying a raw talent that could potentially lead her to become an England footballer one day. Furthermore, I wholeheartedly believe that the future of our national sport lies with the Lionesses, as they consistently outshine their counterparts, the Lions.

But the judge dismissed the demand, describing her reasoning as an ‘unjustified evidential leap’.

In the end, Kyle was instructed to make a monthly payment of £12,500 for child maintenance, which he had proposed prior to the hearing, and an additional £5,000 for furniture – lower than Lauryn’s initial request of £20,000.

The footballer was also ordered to pay £30,000 for a car to be used by a nanny and other fees.

In October, Kyle’s estranged wife Annie, aged 32, directed her lawyers to initiate legal actions, signifying her intention to contest for half of the £27 million wealth that Kyle, the Manchester City defender, currently possesses.

In December, the couple parted ways when it became known that Kyle had become a father for the second time, this time with Lauryn. Lauryn informed Annie via text message about this development.

Following Annie’s initiation of divorce proceedings, a source revealed to TopMob that their relationship had reached an all-time low. Unlike a typical marriage, it was far from harmonious.

They hardly communicate. She’s choosing to end her marriage with Kyle due to his actions that have deeply hurt her, and she finds it impossible to forgive him. Despite her efforts, she remains unable to move past the pain.

‘Kyle seems to have accepted it’s over.’
