Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans claims ex David Eason snuck onto her property to STEAL from her
As someone who has spent years following the tumultuous love lives of reality TV stars, I must say this latest drama between Jenelle Evans and August Keen is just another chapter in their rollercoaster relationship. It seems like they can’t seem to catch a break from the rumors and allegations that keep surfacing.
On Sunday, Jenelle Evans alleged that her separated spouse, David Eason, forcefully entered her North Carolina property with the intention of stealing motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs).
Previously married Teen Mom star, now aged 32, who has recently discussed the 911 call made by her boyfriend August Keen after their alleged dispute, officially filed for divorce in March, having gotten married to David in 2017.
She told TMZ that Eason, along with his girlfriend and three other individuals, allegedly forced their way through a gate outside using bolt cutters.
Additionally, Evans claimed to the media outlet that the gang reportedly forced their way into her garage and loaded her motorcycles, ATVs, and various possessions onto a trailer. Meanwhile, a police car was visible with its lights flashing nearby.
According to TMZ, it was Jenelle who later acquired security camera footage showing the incident, as she wasn’t present at home during that time.
She claimed that David setting foot on the North Carolina property violated a court order.
Previously, her ex-partner was aware of the details regarding the pickup order and alerted the county sheriff’s office. As a result, a deputy was dispatched to accompany him when he went to collect the belongings.
However, Evans claimed that Eason had missed the deadline to get his belongings months earlier.
Once he gained access to the premises, it was noticeable that her former partner was dismantling a surveillance camera, which faced the driveway and the garage entrance.
According to TMZ’s report, Jenelle could talk to the officer standing on her front porch via her doorbell camera in a video they acquired.
At present, the television figure lives in Las Vegas together with her trio of kids: Jace (aged 15), Kaiser (aged 10), and Ensley (seven years old).
After tapping on the front door, Jenelle communicated with the officer via the camera, and he clarified that he was merely verifying if there was anyone inside the house.

Jenelle explained that he shouldn’t be present at the moment, as there’s a no-contact order in place, along with a bed-and-board order.
‘He had one chance to get his stuff,’ Evans continued. ‘And that was months ago.’
Later on, the deputy phoned his sergeant to confirm that David was only permitted to bring work equipment – and the department had photographs to prove it.
Following the discussion, the officer instructed David to bring back his motorbikes and other possessions, which he promptly did.
As a devoted admirer, I found myself in a pickle when the sheriff’s office made it clear that if I were to lay my hands on those sleek motorbikes and all-terrain vehicles of mine, I’d best consult with a legal eagle first.
After the event transpired, it appears that Jenelle intends to file a lawsuit against both David and the officer, as reported by TMZ.
Back in March, as reported by The Sun, Evans initiated a legal process for separation from Eason.
She mentioned that the reason for their separation was because of David’s unpredictable actions, and also hinted at his struggle with drug or alcohol problems.
Jenelle later took to her Instagram stories to confirm that she had separated from David.
Just a short while later, according to reports from The U.S. Sun in February, it was claimed that Jenelle had asked David and their daughter, Maryssa, to leave her residence.
The claims also came shortly after the TV personality had reunited with her son Jace, – just days after Child Protective Services dropped its case against her and Eason.

In the background, Evans could be overheard, and Keen was instructed to depart. However, he replied that she persistently trails him.
Later on, he stated that she consumed twelve alcoholic beverages that evening, and when inquired about Jenelle’s drug usage, he admitted that she does use drugs, but clarified that he himself does not.
‘She takes pills… she smokes a lot of weed, and she drinks a lot.’
August asserted that he exited the house with Evans following closely behind, implying they were together on the sidewalk. In simpler terms, as I dashed off to the street corner, it was her who pursued me.
Regardless of the reported incident, Keen opted against filing charges when the police arrived at the scene. Furthermore, an official police report, acquired by The Ashley, indicated that he didn’t exhibit any signs of physical harm.
Officers were reportedly also not allowed to contact Jenelle because she was ‘sleeping upstairs.’
Easily, he managed to get back some of his items and a pal gave him a ride home to his own place.
After the reported event surfaced, August posted on his Instagram stories, stating that Jenelle didn’t strike him and also denied any drug use. It appears that some past issues have been rehashed more recently.
