Shadowverse to end service on June 30, 2026, closing a decade long CCG legacy

It’s so sad to see Shadowverse go! After ten amazing years, this awesome card game is shutting down. A lot of people don’t realize it actually started as a spin-off of Rage of Bahamut. It’s been incredible watching it grow over the years – I remember when Portalcraft came out, and all the different game modes they added. They released over 5,000 cards across 32 different sets! It’s been a wild ride, and I’m really going to miss it.

‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms’ Restored Faith in Doomed ‘Game of Thrones’ Franchise

Even without the new show, the world of Game of Thrones still had plenty of potential. The third season of the prequel, House of the Dragon, arrives in June and is generating a lot of anticipation, though some viewers were disappointed with parts of Season 2. However, the new show A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is being met with widespread enthusiasm, which is a welcome change.
