Located on Rua Braamcamp, close to Avenida da Liberdade, this building offers ten unique apartments spread across eleven floors, each with at least 234 square meters of living space. The building’s striking V-shaped exterior features vertical lines and a signature red shading, inspired by Karl Lagerfeld’s design aesthetic and his early sketches. Inside, the apartments are fully furnished by Karl Lagerfeld Maison, with a sophisticated look created through the use of materials like brushed steel, lacquered surfaces, Via Láctea stone, and Grigio wood – offering a blend of modern minimalism and luxury.
Karl Lagerfeld Residences Lisboa offers more than just a place to live – it’s designed as a complete lifestyle experience. Residents will enjoy services like concierge assistance, dedicated parking, and a state-of-the-art wellness floor with features such as an emotional shower, sauna, steam room, heated pool, and gym. Unique details include an underwater sound system in the pool, inspired by Karl Lagerfeld’s personal home, and a stunning penthouse pool with a transparent floor that creates a visual feature for the apartment below. Every unit also includes its own private jacuzzi for added privacy and relaxation. Expected to be finished in 2028, this project is part of the expanding collection of design-focused properties from the Karl Lagerfeld brand, joining projects like the hotel in Macau and villas in Dubai.
