It’s said that he occasionally stepped away from his work to ask Censori and other women visitors for oral favors in the office bathrooms, which he subsequently bragged about to Pisciotta afterward.
On another occasion, exactly on the 14th of June, 2022, he messaged her detailing an intimate experience with a model. He asserted that they had shared a bottle of wine and subsequently, he had introduced it into her.

‘Sex trafficking’ girls from around the world and wild sex parties
In simpler terms, Pisciotta alleges that Kanye West exploited his business ties with corporations such as Adidas and Gap to facilitate the illegal importation of women for sexual purposes in the United States.
At his companies, they were assigned unclear job titles and asked to sign non-disclosure agreements regarding their work experiences.

According to the lawsuit, she alleged he said, “Naturally, being a real estate advisor, he arranged for him that run-down hotel room with its light blue walls; such an arrangement seems typical of someone of Jewish background.
Later, he contacted her once more, this time from the car, to launch into a hateful, anti-Jewish diatribe, as stated in the lawsuit. That same evening, he dispatched the notorious anti-Semitic message on Twitter.
Later on, he contacted Pisciotta to have her repeat the content of the tweet for him, as it aroused him; this is what the lawsuit alleged.
In the court case, it was revealed that West had sent a multitude of other text messages containing hate speech against Jews, some of which were incredibly offensive and unsettling.
The lawsuit claimed West’s bigotry got even worse after he abruptly ended his partnership with Gap and left the shared office.

He concluded his rant by declaring he was ‘at war with Jews’.
Following his speech, he harshly criticized a novice graphic designer for being asked to create a swastika. The designer refused, but West pressured and harassed him, stating it was a ‘test’, and inquired if he was Jewish, according to the lawsuit.
The designer stood up to West and said he’d read about the holocaust and couldn’t accept the request.
West threatened to fire him if he didn’t comply immediately, and under his watchful eye, the designer ultimately yielded.
Later, West asked him to start designing a fresh Yeezy logo with elements that were meant to draw inspiration from and include symbols associated with Hitler and the swastika.
After that, he proceeded to share his mobile device with everyone, displaying the most appalling, revolting, and obscene sexual texts he had sent to the top editor of the world’s most renowned fashion magazine.
The lawsuit claimed West often yelled ‘Heil Hitler!’ and performed Nazi salutes around the office.

In one of these periods, Pisciotta’s legal action stated that he requested she remove her OnlyFans account because he believed it would make her seem divine, and he also had concerns that it might negatively impact his bid for the U.S presidency.
Afterward, he started fixating on drawing comparisons between her and people from Donald Trump’s team, suggesting that she should emulate their behaviors, and advised her to reach out to one of them for guidance.
He suggested that her work on OnlyFans might impact his ability to get elected, and he also acknowledged that it presented too great a temptation for him personally.
Pisciotta claimed she deleted it after he promised her an extra $1 million.
Instead, this situation differed significantly from past instances where he would frequently boast about her OnlyFans account during formal business gatherings upon her arrival.
Pisciotta asserted that she was not just the most intelligent and attractive assistant ever, but also a wealthy individual and a highly successful member of OnlyFans.
She claimed her social media and ‘tasteful’ OnlyFans earned her $1 million a year by themselves.
Promoted to chief of staff with $4 million salary
A crucial aspect of Pisciotta’s unfair dismissal case revolves around her assertion that she was appointed as West’s chief of staff with a $4 million annual salary by him.
According to her lawsuit, the alleged incident occurred on September 13, 2022, and upon being satisfied, she informed numerous acquaintances, including her close friend Jay-Z, about the news.
He sent Pisciotta a screenshot of the exchange, the lawsuit claimed.
‘Checking in. Pray all is well. I made Lauren Pisciotta chief of staff and I would like for [name withheld] to meet with her because I know she would relate,’ he wrote to Jay-Z, the lawsuit claimed.

That very day, Pisciotta asserted that he had texted her about her new position and pay increase: “I’m boosting your salary by $3 million… from today on, you hold the title of my chief of staff.

On one occasion, when she suggested attending a Pilates session, I happened to be in high spirits, so I readily agreed – albeit with a rather unappetizing text message.
‘Absolutely. You. Pilates. Just the thought broke y penis,’ the lawsuit claimed he wrote.
He frequently referred to Pisciotta as his “confidante” and would have her listen, sometimes in silence, for extended periods of time while he expressed his thoughts intensely.
Instead of carrying a wallet, money, credit cards, or any form of identification, West always needed to ensure that all payments were taken care of wherever she went.
On another occasion, West became so enamored with a pair of leggings she had worn to work that he nicknamed them “her power pants” and encouraged her to purchase them specifically for the women he intended to be intimate with.

West on June 15, 2022, complained in a text to Pisciotta: ‘I always get money. I never get Lauren’.

Instead of enjoying a day of festivities, I was tasked with a personal errand – delivering my partner’s passport to him at the Aman Hotel in the heart of New York City. It was an unexpected twist to my usual celebrations, but it underscored the importance of flexibility and understanding in our shared lifestyle.
She asserted that the action was taken primarily so she would celebrate her birthday with him, and additionally, he desired a warm embrace from her.
Many other sick texts and disturbing alleged incidents were described in her original lawsuit.
The West was provoked into a violent and alarming fury even by minor incidents such as an employee donning the incorrect color or an overly enthusiastic punctuation mark in a text message, according to the court document.
