Brenda Blethyn’s new channel 4 revenge drama starring Harlan Coben actor gets first-look trailer

A longer trailer reveals both Blethyn and Reynolds portraying a woman described as a daughter, mother, lover, fighter, and a feminist icon of the 20th century who challenged societal expectations. The story follows Emma Harte, a determined but poor maid in 1911 Yorkshire, England, as she embarks on an incredible journey to become one of the wealthiest women in the world, ultimately living in a luxurious New York penthouse.

Newly-single Kate Brazier shows off her incredible gym-honed physique after hinting she’s started dating again following split from husband Jeff

Okay, so Jeff finally confirmed everything about the divorce, which, honestly, I kinda already knew. It’s been seven years, can you believe it? But get this – they actually split months ago, way back over the summer! He just didn’t tell anyone until November. It’s like he was keeping it a secret from all of us, but I always suspected something was off. It’s just… heartbreaking, honestly.

‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms’ Showrunner Knows Cutting This Scene From the Book Was a “Mistake”

The latest episode centers around Ser Duncan the Tall (Peter Claffey), a humble knight preparing for a Trial of Seven – a dangerous fight where he and six companions will battle seven opponents chosen by the cruel Aerion Targaryen (Finn Bennett), a member of the royal family. This conflict began when Dunk defended Tanselle (Tanzyn Crawford) from Aerion’s attack, which was sparked by her puppet show. Interestingly, the show includes a scene not present in the book where Dunk is surprised by offers of support from local villagers. He questions Steely Pate (Youssef Kerkour), a blacksmith, asking why they would help him. Pate replies simply: “A knight who remembered his vows.”

REVIEW: “Shelter” (2026)

As a critic, I’ve seen this setup before – a lot. Ric Roman Waugh, who’s worked well with Gerard Butler in the past (except for ‘Angel Has Fallen’), delivers another action thriller starring Jason Statham. It’s a familiar story: a man trying to escape his past is forced back into the life he left behind. Honestly, it’s the plot of Statham’s last couple of films, but ‘Shelter’ does offer a small, intriguing difference that sets it apart.
