Mermaid Treasures Event in MONOPOLY GO!

As an enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that the Mermaid Treasures event, reminiscent of our past Digital Games, is coming back! This time, it’s set to dive into Monopoly Go on August 30, 2024. The essence of this exciting event lies in unearthing treasures from a grid using tokens earned through tournaments and special events. Mark your calendars as the event will span over five action-packed days, wrapping up on September 3rd, 2024. Let’s join hands and embark on this underwater adventure together!

In the Monopoly Go’s Mermaid Treasures event, you can discover artifacts by digging under a grid with pickaxe tokens. You earn these pickaxe tokens when you accomplish milestones in tournaments and banner events. These tokens, often referred to as “Pickaxe Tokens,” are primarily obtained through these specific activities.

MONOPOLY GO! Mermaid Treasures Event Tips

To begin, let me offer some advice: achieving success with your Pickaxes involves a bit of planning. First, focus on the empty spaces at the top of the area; this will help you determine how many Pickaxes are needed and potential locations for hidden treasures. A smart move would be to initially use a Pickaxe in the center of the grid.

This method enables you to explore more areas and increases your chances of discovering hidden riches. It’s advisable not to use pickaxes in the corners or along the borders unless you’re fairly confident there’s something valuable there. Once you’ve cleared some central spaces, focus on finding tiles that likely contain pieces of the treasure. Look for regions where uncovering a tile without treasure significantly reduces the number of other potential treasure locations.

To accumulate more Pickaxe tokens, take part in simultaneous events or competitions. You can keep tabs on these events using my conveniently organized events schedule. Explore the solo events and tournaments and learn how many rewards each one offers. In total, approximately 360-400 Pickaxes might be necessary to earn rewards for all 20 levels, assuming you aim to complete this event.
