XRP enthusiasts are getting ready to make a big impact at the Rare Evo cryptocurrency conference happening soon in Las Vegas.
Rare Evo 2026, taking place in Las Vegas from July 28th to 31st, is a conference bringing together people passionate about blockchain, AI, and Web3. Founders, investors, creators, and innovators will connect to explore how these technologies are changing industries. The event will focus on interoperability – how different blockchain projects can work together – and the blending of traditional business with the new possibilities of Web3. Expect networking, learning, and a celebration of the future of technology.
The XRP Ledger will be represented at the upcoming event as both an organization involved and a sponsor. Hussein Zangana, known as “Vet” on X, the Community Director for the XRP Ledger Foundation, is also set to present.

We’ve created a booth to highlight leading NFT projects, displaying their artwork alongside well-known brands and applications built on the XRPL. Plus, we’ll be running workshops to help people get started with these technologies.

I’m seeing that Vet has shared more details about the upcoming event on X. They’ve constructed a booth dedicated to the XRP Ledger ecosystem, and it’s designed to highlight key NFT projects and their art. It will also feature prominent brands and applications built on the XRPL.
The event will also feature workshops to help people get started with and learn more about the XRP Ledger. These workshops will cover topics like using XRP wallets and decentralized apps (dapps), understanding the XRPL infrastructure (including a demonstration with a physical server), exploring the connection between XRPL and AI, and getting set up with Ripple’s Universal Business Registry Interface (UBRI). They’re designed for both beginners and those looking to deepen their knowledge.
XRP Ledger eyes eventful weeks ahead
The XRP Ledger community has a busy few weeks ahead, including planned improvements to the network and the Rare Evo conference.
If all goes smoothly, a few updates to the XRP Ledger should be available for voting within about two weeks. These include improvements like Batch processing, confidential transactions for privacy, sponsored fees and reserves, permission delegation, and Dynamic MPT. The XRP community is eagerly awaiting the release of version 3.3.0, but there’s no confirmed date for when it will be available yet.
A software update called FixCleanup3_2_0, which improves several parts of the XRPL ecosystem – including Single Asset Vaults, lending features, the decentralized exchange, and token functionality – will go live in about six days. Based on data from XRPScan, this upgrade is scheduled for July 29, 2026 at 9:57 AM UTC on the main XRP Ledger network.
