The UFL football game, launching in 2026, is now available for pre-registration on both Android and iOS devices. This follows a limited initial release on Android in certain areas, developed by Strikerz Inc. and XTEN LIMITED.

The soft launch left a lot of promise as UFL Mobile’s release anticipations grow

This game isn’t brand new – it was originally shown at Gamescom in 2021 and is already available on computers and gaming consoles. A mobile version has been discussed for some time, and it now seems like it’s almost ready to launch worldwide.

Okay, so I’ve been checking out UFL, and it’s really cool – it’s all about being good at the game, not just spending money. You get to build up your own club, decide how your team plays with tactics and everything, and then compete. What I really like is that they’re trying to do things differently; it feels like they’re focusing on skill and gameplay instead of making you pay to win, which is a huge plus!

I enjoyed playing the early version of the game. The controls were generally smooth and reacted quickly, which is a big plus. Passing and moving players felt good and seemed like they could be even better with further development.

Visually, the game looks really solid if you crank up the settings. It wasn’t flawless, though – the way the ball moved felt a little weird sometimes, and there were a few rough edges that still need polishing.
