As a hardcore fan of anime and action RPGs, I am absolutely thrilled about TRIBE NINE! Having grown up in the heart of Tokyo, this game feels like a love letter to my hometown’s vibrant culture and history. The dystopian Neo Tokyo setting, with its gritty streets inspired by real-life locations, promises an immersive experience that I can’t wait to dive into.

Pre-registration is now available for the upcoming 3D action RPG titled “TRIBE NINE,” developed by Akatsuki Games Inc. This game belongs to the TRIBE NINE multimedia franchise, a joint production between Tookyo Games and Akatsuki. The series encompasses an anime, webtoon, and manga series as well.

TRIBE NINE allows you to engage in brutal life-and-death battles in the dystopian future of Tokyo

In a 3D-action role-playing game, titled “TRIBE NINE,” you find yourself in a future cityscape known as “Neo Tokyo.” This urban jungle is overrun with disorder and unbridled madness. The narrative revolves around a masked enigma named “Zero,” who governs Neo Tokyo with an iron fist. He has announced his plan to institute a series of games, the outcomes of which will dictate the functioning of the nation. These games, known as the “Extreme Games (XG),” have now become the law of the land in Neo Tokyo.

As a dedicated fan, I find myself immersed in this captivating game where I join a band of teenage rebels, united against the oppressive rule of Zero in Neo Tokyo. I get to traverse 23 distinct cities, each modeled after actual spots in the vibrant city of Tokyo. The challenge comes when I engage in thrilling skirmishes against diverse adversaries, employing strategies and equipment reminiscent of XB, or Extreme Baseball – a unique nine-player combat mode. Together with my fellow rebels, we aim to break free from Zero’s strict control over these cities through the power of XB.

Create your own original builds and take part in dynamic battles

It’s even more thrilling because you’ll journey through cities boasting over 10 distinct characters, each with their own special abilities and actions. You can create a three-member squad from these characters to engage in intense battles against adversaries. I’m particularly pumped about the chaotic melee fights, which seem incredibly fun as your teammates and enemies are all intermingled. To add to that excitement, there’s also a cooperative play mode available.

The game provides a wealth of features beyond what’s initially apparent. For example, it includes a Tension System where during combat, the Tension meter builds up and discharges, enabling you to activate the abilities on your Tension Cards. Additionally, traces of other players, often visible as bloodstains, are left behind. If you encounter an area heavily marked with these stains, be wary as such locations tend to house formidable foes.
