As a dedicated Star Wars fan with over three decades of fandom under my belt, I can confidently say that the latest news about Boba Fett’s future has left me feeling like a Tatooine sandstorm – full of twists and turns! The recent reports on Temuera Morrison’s statements at FAN EXPO Chicago have caused quite the stir, with many fans fearing we might not see our favorite bounty hunter again. But, as Yoda always says, “Don’t be afraid of the dark side.”

It seems there’s been a bit of misunderstanding concerning the information Temuera Morrison shared about Boba Fett’s future, which was discussed during his “From Clone Troopers to Bounty Hunters” panel at FAN EXPO Chicago on Screen Rant.

Instead, Morrison remains optimistic, expressing, “I’m still waiting for a call, truth be told,” and, “I think we’ve just been put on hold for a moment. Perhaps we’ll be taken off the shelf again later.”

Unfortunately, some media outlets misquoted Morrison, causing a widespread misunderstanding among fans who were disheartened to learn that Boba Fett might not return.

Actors are contractually obligated to keep quiet about upcoming productions, and Morrison falls under this rule too. Even a brief encounter between Din and Boba would be fitting, given their growing friendship and mutual trust.
