Once Human: All Resource Mine Locations — Aluminum, Silver, Gold, Stardust, and More

As a seasoned explorer of the Once Human world, I can confidently say that my years of trekking through its diverse landscapes have led me to discover some truly remarkable ore deposits. From the iron-rich veins of Iron River to the copper-laden mines of Dayton Wetlands, each region offers unique riches waiting to be unearthed.

To create weapons, armor, and other items in “Once Human,” regardless of your chosen specialization, you’ll need to locate different resource nodes scattered throughout the game map. In this tutorial, I will reveal the positions of all resource mines in “Once Human,” including those yielding precious materials such as aluminum, silver, gold, stardust, and more.

All Resource Mine Locations in Once Human

In different locations, certain ore types are more commonly found. For instance, searching for aluminum ore deposits is generally fruitless outside of Chalk Peak. However, if you manage to discover some small deposits, mining them requires the necessary equipment:

To obtain a new type of pickaxe, you need to find its specific prerequisite item, located under the “Infrastructure” branch, which is situated beneath the “Forging Techniques.” Once obtained, utilize the Supplies Workbench to fabricate the desired pickaxe.

Blackheart Region Ore Mine Locations

The Blackheart area isn’t too rich in resources, but there are a few rare ore mines, including:

1. Stardust ore mine is located in the southwest of the region and to the south of the Lost Oasis Frontier.
2. If you go north of the Lost Oasis Frontier, you’ll find a spot with some gold and silver ore.
3. The east side of Blackhearts has some capacity for tungsten ore near the teleportation tower.

Red Sands Ore Mine Locations

In the Red Sands area, gold is abundant, making it particularly valuable. However, some mines in this region also yield scarce ores, including others besides gold.

1. The area to the west of the Forsaken Monolith will provide you with lots of gold.
2. The area to the north of the Forsaken Monolith has a little less gold, but it’s there.
3. If you check out the spot to the east of the teleportation tower, then you’ll find another gold deposit.
4. The area between Stinger’s Cove Frontier and 73 Source Extraction Point has another gold mine.
5. If you’re looking for silver, then check out the area to the north of Securement Silo Psi.
6. Although the Evergreen territory is contaminated, you’ll find some stardust ore here.
7. The area around Securement Silo Theta has a pretty big deposit of thungsten ore.
8. If you go north of the Dry Valley Frontier, you’ll find some more gold in this region.

Iron River Ore Mine Locations

The moniker “Iron River” hints at the abundance of iron ore mines in this region, yet there are also other types of mineral deposits present.

1. I spotted the first iron ore deposit between the Ransacked Camp and the teleportation tower.
2. To the northwest of the Refinery Pollution Plant, you’ll find some silver ore.
3. Some more iron ore can be mined around the teleportation tower to the south of East Blackfell Junction.
4. Large deposits of sulfur can be located to the east of the Wind Farm.
5. The entire northern area of the Rippleby docks is rich with stardust ore.
6. If you need some shell rocks, then check out the bay area to the northeast.

Dayton Wetlands Ore Mine Locations

In the Dayton Wetlands, I only discovered copper ore, yet this resource is scarcely found in other areas as well.

1. You’ll find some copper ore in the mines of Brookham, right between the Guardhouse and the Monolith of Greed zone.
2. There’s some more copper to the west of Aiden’s Hideout.

Broken Delta Ore Mine Locations

The Broken Delta region is comparable to the Iron River in terms of having some of the most extensive stardust ore reserves in the game.

1. I located a pretty big chunk of stardust ore in the southern part of the Eastern Railway Junction.
2. One of the biggest deposits of stardust can be found to the south of the abandoned Gaia Research Center Ruins.
3. The area to the east of Meyer’s Market has some fine tin ore deposits.

Chalk Peak Ore Mine Locations

Chalk Peak is the only region in the game rich in aluminum ore and other rare resources, including:

1. The mine to the north of the Monolith of Thirst has deposits of aluminum, iron, and copper.
2. The area to the north of Tall Grass Inn is rich in aluminum and tin ores.
3. Raid the territory around the teleportation tower for more aluminum and tin.
4. The area to the north of Mount Guel Power has some of the largest deposits of stardust ore.
5. The Silvershore Resort also has some decent deposits of aluminum.
6. If you’re looking for sulfur, then you’ll find plenty around the Securement Silo EX1.
7. Lastly, be sure to raid the southern shores for some scarlet calamus.
